Went in for an oil change and it was the fastest service I’ve ever had!! They didn’t try to tell me I needed a bunch of things that I didn’t and Chris was so kind. If I lived here they would be my go to but I will recommend to anyone in the Denver/arvada area.

My son and I had just driven over 1000 miles from the Texas Gulf Coast for a week’s vacation in the mountains when our truck overheated and broke down. We were able to determine that there was some sort of coolant leak, so we bought 8 canisters of new coolant and had to stop and refill it every 50 miles or so until we made it to the Denver area. We knew it was something we could not repair ourselves and every place we called said they couldn’t even look at it for at least another week, which obviously was not going to work since this was our only means of transportation for our vacation. The hosts of our Airbnb that we stayed at the first night in Winchester recommended Factory Trained Auto Repair so we took a chance and brought it over there early the next morning. We were immediately welcomed by Chris. Not only was Chris willing to look at it right away when no one else would, he was able to determine the issue (the coolant housing under the upper radiator was cracked); he ordered the parts immediately, and he and his company had our truck repaired and back to us by that afternoon, meaning we didn’t have to miss any part of our vacation. Chris was so kind, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and really, those words don’t even adequately describe him. He treated us like family and we are so grateful for his expertise and his skills, but also his willingness to go above an beyond for us when we aren’t even local. We would absolutely take all of our vehicles that ever needed service to him if we didn’t live so far away! Wanted to say thanks to Shannon and the techs. Drove 1000 miles on a family vacation when my VGT started acting up. While we weren’t able to nail down the issue they were able to get me in and run some diagnostics on short notice. Super friendly guys would trust them with my truck for sure. Thanks again.

This place has amazing customer service. Brought my vehicle in twice for basic fluid changes, and every time they didn't come back out with a list of things "wrong" like many other mechanics do. They always get my car back right when the appoinemt time is set and they finish in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend this place!

I made an appointment for a brake replacement because the brakes were squeaking and another shop had told me a month earlier that I need to replace them. FT inspected them and told me I had plenty of brakes left - a replacement not needed. They could have done the work and taken my money. They did not, so they got a customer (with 4 vehicles) for life!

Been going to Factory Trained since I moved here 10 years ago. Used to be a few blocks from the shop so was convenient. Now live in SE Aurora and I still have Factory Train work on my car despite the nearly hour travel. Always been fair pricing. Not the type of shop that tries to pad bills with unnecessary labor or parts. Can trust their recommendations on what needs to be done.
