Daniel and the guys were fantastic. We had a couple issues pop up that were not of their making and they couldn't have been better to deal with. Worked hard and fast, which I appreciated when I'm paying by the hour, but also took wonderful care of our stuff. Great guys. Great company. Would highly recommend!

Avoid this company, believe the other one star reviews, save your move and money for a professional company. Canceled halfway into my time window, saying because of cold weather. I get it’s hard to move in cold, but EVERYONE in Colorado was warned this whole last week in advance about the cold weather on Sunday and yet this company still scheduled my appointment two days ago. Unless they’re living under a rock, they have no excuse to not know. After years in the business you’d think they’d have an idea of what their movers are capable of (I just hired an emergency last minute moving company who was surprised by this company’s unprofessionalism and lack of understanding of how weather works). Believe the other 1 star reviews. Avoid this company. It is low-rate and poor customer service. I had to be out of my apartment by today and they were told this at time of reservation. They also take a deposit unlike most places, so just do yourself a favor and save your money.

Elite Movers did a fantastic job with our company furniture delivery. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.

Elite did a big move for us three years ago and did a stellar job. Based on that experience, called them for a parent's apartment move this month. All scheduling was set 3 weeks ahead, then verified 24 hours in advance, then they were complete no-shows...not even a phone call from them, after 4 calls/VMs asking where they were. Not sure what to expect of them now...

Had a move scheduled for today, paid my deposit and everything. They were supposed to arrive at 8am. It's now 9:15 and I've tried multiple attempts to contact them with no response. Don't use this company or you'll end up in a bind on your moving date with no one to move your belongings. :(

I didn’t hire this company but they left a bad taste. They showed up at my apartment complex at 8 am and were yelling and disturbing the peace for over an hour in a very quiet neighborhood on a Saturday morning. Super inconsiderate. On top of that, they parked in front of my driveway so I couldn’t get out. Not a great way to start the day. Please chat with the team about being more respectful toward their surroundings.

Do not recommend this company based on very poor business. They refuse to honor their guarantee of repairing our fridge that was damaged in the move from falling. We have an invoice stating they promised to repair the damage. They said they’d reach out about the part in a week after the move in sept. I gave them over 3 weeks before I began calling for an update.I expressed to Brianna that we felt as if we were being blown off and she promised to have them call me back. After multiple attempts to reach them, they continue to refuse to respond. They also took over an hour trying to figure out how to take the fridge apart to get it out, when they could have just lifted it out to begin with, which is what they ended up doing. But yet charged me for the unnecessary hours it took them to make a decision. The owner of this business has made no attempt to reach us and remedy this issue. Brianna continues to disregard our requests for a return call.

If I could give zero stars I would! Jerry and his crew showed up to move my 1 bedroom apartment 2 hours late. Then it took them FOREVER to actually get everything loaded only for me to find what I assume to be some sort of crack/meth pipe in the bathroom after Jerry ( the main boss)used the bathroom! I AM FURIOUS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

This review is way past due (I used their services in December of 2022). However, I came across my statement from that move and wanted to leave a review. My movers were Daniel and Drew and they were absolutely wonderful!! Quick, efficient and professional. I will be reaching out to them again when I move this December lol.

After calling twice to ensure my appointment was booked and reminding them they need to collect my deposit (yes, I know, please take my money), there was NO call NO show. Still 3 days later, no response to my voicemails. I am beyond disappointed and will caution anyone to please stay away from this company. Not sure if all the positive reviews were from earlier experiences but this is not what I thought a Yelp guarantee and 4.7 stars is getting me. Moving is a very stressful time and when your movers don't show up and it's 3pm and you have to move 1.5 hours away it's no fun.... So kudos to Legacy Movers who showed up at a last minute and made it happen and made it fun. So, if you ever in a bind with "Elite" Movers company, call Legacy!

I made an appointment for this morning. They didn't send me a receipt until I asked. I confirmed the appointment earlier this week but they still no call no showed. I called them a dozen times and have not heard back. These guys suck.

The mover guys worked hard for Elite Movers, or I would put a 1* review. Here are some of the many issues I had with this company:1) I was quoted a price by the main office, that they verified over and over again. When I got the bill, it was 50% over the quote, and they refused to return my calls to discuss.2) The week before, I had told the office the "move-from" and "move-to" exact addresses, so they knew the details. The move-from address was a ground floor level and the move-to address was a simple storage facility. The mover guys showed up at the move-from address with a HUGE truck that they were afraid to get down the driveway. I had told the office that the driveway was "windy and steep" and that we only had 8 pieces of furniture to move. However the guys said they couldn't get down the driveway with that big of a truck. They said they saw the order and interpreted it as "windy" (as in windy weather, I guess--same spelling but not the same meaning). They said the only way I could complete my move that day was to USE MY OWN truck to haul all the furniture piece by piece up the driveway so they could load it into their big truck.So, I took off the morning from work to help with the move since there was no other move date possible. SEE PHOTOS.They didn't have straps to tie in the furniture, saying the hill was not all that steep and they would just hold it in. (see photo) I didn't want to be liable for a dead or injured mover if the heavy dresser shifted on my truck & hurt him, so I insisted they use my tie downs, which they did.3) When they got to the move-to destination, they could not present an invoice because they somehow had lost their binder en-route. So I took off the rest of the day from work to retrace the route, but couldn't find their binder. So they called the office and the office said to charge us this exorbitant price for moving 8 pieces of furniture, We paid this because the mover guys were sincerely trying to do a good job, and the furniture arrived in good shape. We also gave them a $100 tip. We told them we would reconcile this with the owners later.4) However, the owners and office manager (Brianna) just never even bothered to call us back or ever provide an invoice or receipt for the almost $1,500 we had paid the company.I asked for a detailed receipt so I could better understand why the end price was so much. I wanted to give them a chance to explain their side of the story. I thought they should consider compensating me for use of my vehicle--at least a little gas money, and my time taken off work. However, they refused to EVER provide me an invoice.I highly DO NOT recommend this company to anyone needing a professional moving company!! (BTW, we later hired Smooth Movers out of Pueblo to help us get the furniture from the "move-to" storage facility into our home and our experience was the exact opposite--they were reasonably priced, very professional, and I would highly recommend them in place of this company).
