Amazing experience. Their subscription program is also amazing but the massage itself was an 11/10 experience. Truly a delight. Cannot wait for my next one next month! Also found out the massage therapists are paid well for their work and are happy with the position so that makes me feel better about going, compared to not so reputable places like massage envy which has become the Walmart of massage in all the worst ways.

The therapist was really good and understood my need.I had serious neck and back pain but was afraid to go to a chiropractor. I requested for deep tissue heavy massage and that’s what I exactly got!Really loved it.

The front desk was friendly as was my therapist, Rachel. Rachel was great about asking if everything was perfect (lighting, pressure, bed temp, music volume, etc) She was also good about explaining what she was doing and why. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Was all around a great experience - checked in quickly, filled out necessary paperwork, and were lead back by our massage therapist. Nicole was very clear about instructions and checked multiple times throughout the session to ensure pressure was okay and that I was comfortable. The bed was heated and was difficult to want to get out of after my time elapsed - lights, music, and temperature were adjustable as well. It was so good that we signed up for the membership after!

Molly is fantastic! But I also love the atmosphere, the care that Elements gives to each and every client and the fact that I always feel very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Elements over Massage Envy 100 out of 100 times.

Worst place to get a massage or do business. I've been a member at the Arvada, CO location for several years now and we have some issues. Over the years, I have given 20% tip at this location which the front desk modified to 30% or more. When I asked them about this, they said that they tipped 20% of the non member rate for a 1.5 hour massage session instead of 20% of the member rate. I've had numerous issues with them trying to set me up with male masseuses after I've repeatedly told them that I'm not comfortable with a male masseuse. They have had the nerve to call me a liar, claiming that they never tried to set me up with a male masseuse at any point. They are the liars on this particular point. For the last few 1.5 hour sessions at the Arvada location, they broke up 2 monthly credits each time instead of using the remainder of the money from the previously broken up monthly credit. I started going to the Colorado Mills location instead of Arvada because that location has much better massage services. I've suspended the account at the Arvada location because of my complaints which I've received no response for. The Colorado Mills location says that they cannot let me use the $90 worth of credit on my account at their location because the Arvada location will not allow them to do that. I've called the Arvada location several times to figure out what we can do to resolve this and they have never called me back as of yet. I called them last week and the girl working the desk at the time told me that she would have their manager Mia call me back to figure out how to resolve this. I called them again yesterday and left a message and have still not received a response back. I also called them about these issues last fall and never received a call back. I'm going to be closing my account with them in the near future and will no longer do business with Elements.
