On moving day I received a phone call that the movers were at my storage unit loading my belongings to be delivered to my new house. They arrived 4 hours later without bothering to call and let me know what the hold up was. Numerous phone calls to the main office were unanswered. The movers broke a ceiling fan, poked a hole in my leather loveseat, scratched several items of furniture. The owner was called to come to my house and see the damage which she did. The owner apologized and said (even put it in writing) that her company would cover all the damage. Two months later and several attempts with the BBB I still am waiting for any follow up form Dunn Rite Moving and Storage. I will be filing with the small claims court next.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Worst experience I have EVER had. They were several hours late very broke SEVERAL items or all sizes, they demanded a wedding dress by using the bag as a trash bag and ran it over with the dolly. We unloaded our stuff off of our truck ourselves while they watched: WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give zero stars I would. Their staff is very unprofessional and their work is sub par. Don't use them unless you want t you stuff broken and walls scratched up

Do NOT hire this company! I had the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Here is what happened: 1. I needed to get some things out of my storage unit but was told I could only gain access when an employee from Dunn Rite Moving and Storage was present. When I hired Dunn Rite they did not disclose to me that they signed a separate lease agreement with the storage company. They do not own their own storage units. Since I was not on the lease agreement with the storage unit, I was not allowed access to my household goods. Essentially, Dunn Rite stoled my things. 2. According to my signed contract with Dunn Rite, they agreed to move my things To whatever location I wanted when I was ready. I then signed an agreement with Public Storage in Denver and requested Dunn Rite to move my items to my new storage location. I also told them I would oversee the move from the current location at Simply Storage (where Dunn Rite had my things stored) to the new location at Public Storage. I asked them what time they would start and the owner of Dunn Rite, Cindy Bell, sent me a text stating that they would start around 9:30. I texted Cindy back to tell them I would meet them at Simply Storage at 9:30. I waited until 12:30 before they showed up. 3. One of the 3 movers was horribly rude to me. Even the gal who managed the Simply Storage units told me she was worried about me because of the way he was treating/talking to me. Please stay away from this company. I was literally afraid for my life.

Day of move the movers were 2 hours late. They had trouble renting a truck they told me. They never called to tell what was going on, and they never answered the phone the whole time I keep calling them. I requested 3 movers, 2 movers showed up at the storage facility. When the truck got to my townhome one workers walked off from the job. We waited for two workers to show up later that afternoon. On the way to my new home two workers went to lunch and did not tell us they were taking off. The work was running late into the evening then the workers decided to call it quits and left many pieces of furniture in the garage. I met with Cindy later to complain and she promised to make things right. I later got the furniture put in the house, but there were many damaged pieces. I have text Cindy with pictures of the damaged furniture, but not heard back from her.

This company truly made me feel at ease with all of my belongings in their hands. They were punctual, prepared, and took extra care. I would recommend then a 100% Wish I could them 6 stars!!! Thanks Dunn Rite!!

This company is beyond unprofessional. 2 weeks ago I hired the movers to move me 32 min away. They took an hour and a half to get 30 min away. Broke my bed, scratched up all the walls in my new house, And took my money. I've called then every day for the past 2 weeks and every day say "we will call you tomorrow" with no call back tomorrow. I finally got a hold of someone (wade) today and they offered to give me $40 back off of the $300 I had given them. I tried to dispute this and was hung up on. Do not use this moving company, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is absolute trash. I'm currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau. And still have yet to hear anything back from these hillbillies.

I didn't have a personal experience with this company but a tenant and friend of mine did. She used this company to move her entire apartment and not only were the movers rude but they damaged a lot of her nice expensive furniture. The customer service they provided her was non existent and unprofessional. No one ever returned her numerous phone calls or emails and when she did get Wade the manager on the phone he would tell her he'd call her back and never would. My friend would have to call him back and either wouldn't get an answer or Wade would give her the run around. He also told her several lies and there was always an excuse. Cindy the owner finally returned her emails and told my friend that they can't get an insurance company out to look at her furniture for another week and that they have 120 days to deal with things like this. Why on earth would they tell customers they're pretty much going to take their time helping them resolve their issues when it was their fault in the first place! Furniture was destroyed, one of their customers is extremely upset and Dunn Rite could care less. Do not use this company for your moving needs as it's a rip off and the customer service is terrible!!

These guys are amazing! They took care of my last minute need, on a holiday weekend no less, all the while having a great attitude. These guys took on a huge order for me same day and were quick, friendly and efficient. Five stars!
