We have been going to Dougs Automotive for about 15 years. Always honest which is most important & through with his assessment & fixing our auto issues. I cant think of a single time we had to return a vehicle after a repair to be re-assesst & fix again. He & his staff always so professional & personable. I would recommend him to family & friends.

Doug recommended against the repairs that another garage said our Toyota Camry needed. Wow, that never happens! And Fran went out of her way to meet our needs. We will definitely be back.

Doug really did his due diligence to help me with my lemon of a car! The outcome was not what I had hoped but no fault of his. On the bright side I found a trustworthy mechanic out of my poor purchase. Doug and his team went out of their way to try and solve my issue with the least amount of cost and hastle. I will be forever grateful! I would recommend this automotive shop to anyone but especially If you don't know much about cars and need a trustworthy person not looking to take advantage of you!

I have been a customer of Doug and Fran for almost 20 years. When I had control over the company fleet we used them for general maintenance and repairs. I have personally used Doug for all my cars, trucks, and classic car. They are the most honest. I know I pay a little more, but I know what I am getting. Straight up honesty, and not being sold something that isn't needed. Customer for life.
