Rude service, was told that they couldn't make my lenses so I asked where I could get them made she said "anywhere but here" and walked away. My dad has also had problems with their glasses, we will not be coming back.

Costco wholesale with everything included; meats, bakery, food court, and gas station. Best location for west Denver/ Golden folks. Very busy regularly, which is good for COST stockholders.

Changing stores after many years! I'll go to any Costco but this Arvada location. It starts with taking up essential parking spaces with messy carts and having an empty cart corral right next to this mess on both sides!!! On to the harassment at the self checkout that causes huge delays and makes us all feel like criminals if we are standing in line and our partner is still shopping! On to the nightmare at the food court with not enough competent help and a messy situation throughout! Exiting is a similar nightmare with lines all the way back past the food court. Lastly, why spend resources on a 'rent-a-cop' sitting in his vehicle causing a bottle neck in the parking lot when this is a safe area. Exactly what kind of crimes have prompted this and is he really preventing any crimes or just making us all feel uneasy? I will shop anywhere but here and I suggest you do too! If enough of us leave, maybe they will make some sense of what they are doing and go back to being a customer friendly store.

Had to pick up my prescription last minute, the pickups had just closed as I had gotten there, thankfully Jessica was sweet, polite, and professional and got me out of there quickly regardless of close. The customer service is on point!

Costco does not pride itself on customer service. They never have. My expectations are always pretty low, but the trash behavior from some of the employees here is downright disgusting. I cannot believe Costco allows such terrible behavior from their employees.

This particular Costco in Arvada, the cashiers are rude and they go so fast when scanning with the handle held device, they will scan one product more than once. This happened to me and they ended up owing me $8.00. I'm thinking that these employees aren't treated very well here and that's why they act out with so many customers. Time to start going down south to west Qunicy Ave and South Ammons St. Much friendlier.

will not be coming here for glasses again. rudest woman in the building works there. passive threats to get a manager when in fact I ASKED HER TO GET A MANAGER. When referring to a co worker who had previously helped me she called her a LIAR. manager was helpful and saw the logic of the situation and resolved it like an adult. her on the other hand still roams back there hiding her vitriolic personality behind a black mask and some glasses.

Total waste of money. I had to go back 3 different timed and they never got my contact lens prescription right. I felt rushed every time I went in and finally just gave up because I didn't feel comfortable. Very disappointed!

Sam S is the worst employee I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Perhaps it was a bad day, but taking it out on the customer is never okay. She sucks so much that she should be a vacuum cleaner.Turning your back on a customer is never appropriate. Please learn from this.

So, if you can get past the crowds on nights and weekends, this Costco is a win! Of course we all know the best part of Costco are the free samples and the cheap food items AKA hot dog and churros, etc.! But, this Costco literally has my favorite snack items, so I come back every single time! I recently started back on the low carb keto diet and this location offers so many low carb options outside of meats and certain fruits/veg (btw the berries are always fresh and juicy here)! I love that I can grab an entire tray of bacon wrapped jalapeños just ready to go in the frozen section! They have the cauliflower bites in big bags (check the brand Rhythm) and the big bag is the only way to go! I will actually go to Costco just for these! They have a wonderful assortment of cheeses, jerky, nut mixes, and last but not least... keto cookies, chocolate, etc that are keto friendly AKA sugar free! If you're a low carb/sugarless eater like me, this location also carries the High Key chocolate chip cookie bites and they're so satisfying! Also satisfying is the keto pint sea salt ice cream bars! There are even more options than I'm listing, so if you're on the fence about this location... just go! It's a fun store to explore with endless options for ALL to look at.
