Tire pressure light came on in my car. Clay came out to my car and pointed out a nail causing the issue, and they were able to fix it that day without an appointment. Thanks Clay!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was told it would take around 1 hour to an hour and a half. I waited 3 Hours to get tires done. Ridiculous. No where to sit and wait. Poor place to get tires. Never again.

I replaced all 4 tires about 3 months ago. I went in for tire rotation, and they said my tires are bad and need to be replaced. They didn't have the same brand, and I didn't want to wait days for the same brand. After a bad batch, who would want to buy the same tires that only lasted 3 months?!!
Even after mileage warranty, I still have to pay close to $600. Then my steering wheel is shaking the next day when I'm driving it. The tire department has gone downhill. It's very disappointing, and they're losing loyal customers.

Costco needs to rethink the way they treat customers at their tire centers. The entire experience took me around 3 hours, I was lied to about them having four of the tires I needed in stock, and they rejected (after initially accepting) their warranty on my irreparable tire. Bad experience, long wait, and no new tires at the end of the day. Save your time and money and get tires somewhere else.

Family purchased 2 sets of tires from Costco because of the price. However, it has been a nightmare to get scheduled for a tire rotation. What good does the price and service of rotation do when you can't even get a hold of anyone to set up an appointment. The last time I waited over 20 minutes just to set up appt. It takes over 2 hours to get your car back. Again...what good is it to have an appt? When my brother took his truck in for rotation he was told the time...time came and went and the store closed. My poor father who is 88 had to sit in the hard chairs at the food court to wait. It broke my heart and we all saud this is the last time we buy at Costco. No wonder the ratings are so bad. I wished we would have looked at them before spending over $2K with terrible service. They will not answer the phone in the tire center. I went through the phone rotation eight times...to no avail. Not worth the frustration. Love Costco but never again will purchase tires there.

3 hours later I didn’t even get the tires put on my truck because they don’t keep lug nuts in stock. Just because you have an appointment doesn’t mean they’re going to honor your time

We have had some previous not good experiences at this tire center location. However, we had a great experience with their supervisor today. Mari blew it out of the park with excellent customer service. She was able to fit us in on a busy Saturday morning after having issues with our newish tire. She was going to make sure we were taken care of within in the next couple days even if she wasn’t able to fit us in. She communicated realistic wait times to everyone who came to the counter and ensured they were taken care of. We will be coming back to this location in the future for our tire needs.

Won’t swap snow tires that are not purchased from them. No indication of this ahead of time. Waste of an afternoon.

Tried the rest, Costco's the best.
High quality tires for half the price (or less) of what the tire shops push. Better service and warranty; and they stand behind it. They won't try to high pressure sell you into buying tires when you don't need them. I've had poor service and lies from dealers and vendors. Costco is straight up and honest.
They're very busy though. Highly recommend getting an appointment first.

Another 1-star review, not shocking if you’ve read other customer experiences.
I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and they said they couldn’t accommodate me. This would normally be completely understandable except:
1. I called three times and no one answered, if someone answered I could have at least not made the entire journey there.
2. The person in front of me had no appointment and was given service immediately, for the exact same thing I was coming in for.
I have no clue how to rationalize the second point. There’s no excuse.
