I purchased a refurbished washer and dryer from Corn Appliances. Brad was great to work with, appliances delivered when I was told. Manuel and "Ralfie" were conscientious of my floors! And they had to remove the old ones and put in the new set up and down a steep set of stairs!! They were polite and made sure things were working before they left!! Tip please for them!!

Wanted to give a shout out to Mark and Daniel for doing a great job installing our new washer and dryer. They both worked very hard and to took great care while having to move the old and new washers and dryers up and down our big stairs.Thanks guys

Great Experience! I was worried about purchasing a wall oven sight unseen advertised on Craigslist, but after calling and talking to Marion at Corn Appliance, I felt much less concerned. The process was seamless and the delivery was scheduled quickly, even though it was a couple of days before Thanksgiving. The delivery guys, Emanuel & Mark were truly professionals and did a great job of installing the unit. Wall ovens are not the easiest to install. I will definitely purchase my next appliance from Corn Appliance.

The staff seems nice But I will never buy another used stove again. It doesn't look like the one I bought in the store.But they say it is.

Second washer and dryer in 2 years from them. This last one is just over a year old and I had three different appliance repair companies come to look at the broken dryer all saying they couldn’t fix it because it had no serial numbers and serial numbers shouldn’t be taken off of an appliance. I gave the owner multiple chances to work with me over a course of a month and his best solution was finding a part that I still needed to pay to have installed that their appliance rep said will most likely break again in a year.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a Thermador Freedom® Induction Cooktop from Corn Appliance on October 30, 2023. I was told the unit was in new condition and was never installed before (but was used as a display unit). I had a professional installer install the cooktop on Friday December 22, 2023. 10 gauge wiring was installed by an electrician with a dedicated 50 amp circuit installed. Upon using the cooktop, an error always occurs (SYSTEM FAILURE [Ci9 ADB L] - disconnect the cooktop from the electrical supply by switching the circuit breaker to the off position for 15 seconds. If the message appears again call Thermador service at 1-800-735-4328. The error continues to appear no matter what I do - using different cookware, using one side or the other. The company is telling me I can only service in-store and that no refund is possible. This is inconsistent with what I was told on 10/30 when I purchased it and on 12/24 when I called in and was told they would send a technician out.

Ordered a new Speed Queen from them. Liked the experience in the store, but the order got messed up and customer service was bad. On the day of planned delivery (I took off work to be there), I was waiting quite a while so I called the store. I find out that the machine I ordered was somehow lost. Bradly told me he'll make this up to me. Ok, mistakes happen. For the next two weeks, I'm strung along, told that delivery will happen on X day, and then it doesn't. Then on another day, and then on another day, etc. and no delivery, until two weeks after the original delivery date. And every time--I am the one who has to call for an update. I wouldn't have gotten any information from them had I not called. No proactive customer service/updates from them. During one phone call, an employee told me that Bradley was going to refund some money because of this and that never happened. I called a couple weeks after to ask about this refund. I spoke to the same employee, and he remembered the conversation and said he'll talk to Bradley. And I haven't heard anything from them. Installation guys were great. On a side note, the TR series, not finding the cleaning action to be great. Have to use the heavy duty setting to get a good clean. Wishing we went with the original TC. But with the heavy duty setting I guess it is all right.

Appreciated being able to find a difficult to find sized double wall oven and being able to choose a refurbished option at a good price because it won't be long until we remodel the kitchen.
