In addition to the amazing service they provide to our company, I had my first need for immediate IT support due to something suspicious and scamming that happened to me as a business owner, and they were incredible at this as well. Chase scheduled assistance immediately, and Steph did an incredible job with an investigation to learn more about the incident, and be sure my own computer was safe. She also explained everything so I understood, and gave me guidance on what the next steps should be. Thank you for your help!

Communication with CBS has been great. Everyone from the delivery staff and project coordinator to the engineer was in touch and responsive along the way, allowing us to minimize disruption to copy services in the building.

CBS is a great company! Every time my office has a copy/printer issue they are always on top of answering the phone in the office and sending out Brian within the day or next day! Every time Brian comes in, he always makes a point to show me what exactly went wrong and addresses how we can prevent in the future. Very professional and so very sweet! Thank you Brian and the team over there at CBS! You guys rock!

The Staff is very professional. Customer service is very important to me. When a service call is placed a technician is on site within a 3-hour window. I would highly recommend CBS for your business!!!

Hello Good afternoon, I wanted send a message to say a few thing about one of your employees. I have had a wonderful experience today with Gina Trujillo. I contacted her about a request that my boss had requested of me. Gina was very helpful in getting right back to me and then to get an appointment set and taken care of. She is also making me look good at my job. Thank you Gina. She is a Wonderful employee and CBS should be lucky to have her.

I’m not sure how they have such high ratings, very poor service. No follow through. We have had a printer for about 18 months, junk. We pay our monthly bill but it rarely ever works properly and they just won’t do anything to rectify it. If you are thinking about doing business with them, try to call them and get someone to help you first, that will clue you in to the level of service you’ll get later. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.Update: After speaking with our account manager, Jason, he insisted on having someone come out and assess the problem. Jay, the technician shows up unannounced several days later and speaks to me on the phone, as I was out of office. He explains that the type of machines they use “require constant upkeeep” and “it’s really a problem with windows and pcs”. He goes on to tell me that it’s not his problem someone in his company put a junk machine at our business and maybe xerox or HP are better options. They are a joke.

Hi Sean,I rarely do this, but I wanted to drop a line thanking you and the whole CBS team for the smooth, seamless way in which we were able to extend our internet and Wi-Fi across the hall and also get the new printer setup and the other one moved. I truly thought this would be a long, more painful process and was happily surprised that it was not.So. thank you, Andy and Noah for all you did to pull this together for Vuela!

My company has been with CBS for about 4 years now and I'm quite happy to recommend the company. I always ask for Steven Naler for tech support, because he is magic! He can get anything working, or at least tell me what the actual problem is within minutes of addressing the issue. I was recently told I'd need to send my laptop back to HP because it wouldn't connect to my monitors. Steven took about 2 minutes to look and tell me there was a driver that needed to be updated, and within 5 minutes I had my monitors working again. See? Magic!!

Steve Naler of CBS replaced the 4 pcs and printer in our office today.
