Will be using CCR again for sure! They had my car ready before their estimated time. I live close to the shop and when they discovered that, they offered to drive me back to my house so I didn't have to do Lyft. Which is WAY above and beyond expected! Everyone is super nice and professional and the work is amazing! Zero complaints. Nothing but praise!

Unfortunately my car has been hit twice in the past year and both times I took my car to Colorado collision repair. While it takes a while to get your car in, once they have it they are communicative and efficient. I actually got a call today that they overcharged me slightly by accident and are sending a check in the mail. I honestly would not have had any idea. They are great to work with and extremely trustworthy.

I wish I would of read other reviews before selecting this business. Mountain States Toyota refers customers to this place. Beware! I scheduled my appointment for body repair work two months out. The car was dropped off on 9/16 at 8am. They didn't actually start working on my car until 9/17. I was given a vague timeline on 9/17 that maybe they'd paint by Friday 9/23. It wasn't painted due to needing additional funds from my insurance company. The following week I was told maybe he'd paint on 9/28. On 9/30 the owner said he couldn't paint because he had attendance issues, again telling me maybe he'd get it done the following week. On 10/5 the owner said he couldn't give me a time frame at all because again, attendance issues. He accused of me not being understanding and said there was nothing he could do when, "Guys aren't coming to work". I picked up my car on 10/14. It had black paint in 3 spots on my silver paint, the sensors weren't installed properly, they messed up my backup camera, and they chipped my trunk. I brought it back on 11/3 and they fixed the sensors, but the owner said there was nothing he could do about the camera and I should take it to the dealership. I brought the car back on 11/3 to repair the chip they created on my trunk. Thankfully they "entertained" my idea of giving me a rental since that took 3 days to fix. Again, I was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the backup camera. Colin suggested I Google how to fix it or try taking it to the dealership and request more money from my insurance company. Absolutely the worst service and experience.

I reached out to this company 8/30/2022 to schedule an appointment for body and paint work. I received initial appointment confirmation on 8/31/2022 for a check in and work start date of 10/17/2022 via email after some back and forth regarding my insurance claim and associated documentation. I reached back out to this company by phone on 10/04/2022 for 2nd confirmation, I did this verbally over the phone, and was assured that I was still scheduled/confirmed for a check in and work start date of 10/17/2022. On 10/05/2022 I received a phone call from an employee I did not speak with previously, this employee stated to me that he must, "cancel my appointment", due to a different employee, whom he stated was no longer employed there. The employee I was speaking with on the phone then proceeded to tell me I could, "get on a wait list", until he could resolve the issue regarding the employee who no longer was employed, or cancel my appointment with no offer of a re-schedule option/date. I am very aware of the current macro-economic conditions this country is experiencing as it relates to a shortage of labor and one's ability to source raw materials, either consistently or, not at all. Do not read/perceive the above statement with any sympathy. I find this last minute cancellation completely unacceptable and I very much do not appreciate the lack of customer service or their inability to offer other options. This company was a disaster to work with. I got an estimate in May from them to do some body work on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. I confirmed my appointment in May with Teresa for the repairs to be done June 13th at 8am. I wrote the appointment in my calendar and even took the vehicle in for the manager to look at while I was near the area to see the damages before I brought it in for repair. I gave them pictures previous to this because I live 2.5 hours away. On June 13, the day of my scheduled appointment, I drove 2.5 hours from Hartsel, where I live, picked up my rental car, then drove to Colorado Collision to drop off my 4Runner. I WAS NOT EVEN IN THEIR CALENDAR!!! The manager was on the phone for like 10 minutes before he finally acknowledged me, we had a few words and then I just left. He basically told me that the soonest he could get me in was the end of August with a "sorry"! All he knew to say was that I evidently didn't get in the schedule and that I should have known that I would get a text confirming my appointment a week in advance (like the dentist)! How was I to know that?! I don't know how they perform as far as body work goes because I never had a chance to use them. I see that before I will be submitting this review they are at only a 3.4. I will be adding to that low review. I wish they had been more professional and at least tried to act like they cared that I just went 5 hours out of my way to get there and back rather than the attitude "stinks to be you" which is basically how the manager made me feel. I will never go back there and I will never recommend this unprofessional company to any of my friends. I think these guys need to update their appointment system and get a more customer service friendly attitude. They could have at least done SOMETHING. If they would have at least covered my rental car for the day (I rented it for about an hour and paid for a full day), I would have felt a little better about the situation. No one, including Teresa ever took any blame for the matter. HERE IS MY FOLLOW-UP REVIEW.... after finally talking to the owner, Todd. Todd, basically told me what the manager said -- that he does not acknowledge they had done anything wrong and were not willing to make anything right. He just kept making excuses why it could not be their fault. I FINALLY got a sorry toward the end, but I said that a "sorry" is better given in action - then DO something to SHOW your sorry! I am out $85 for my car rental and a whole lot of expensive gas going 5 hours out of my way only to be told they could not keep the original appointment. He also told me he didn't think reviews really meant anything.

What a great experience. Our car had pretty heavy body damage to a door and fender. Colin helped us navigate our options and quoted us a fair price to fix the car to what we hoped would be a good enough solution. Then he went above and beyond found a door that was a dead match four our car saving us hundreds of dollars and avoided having to do a paint blend. The team finished the work on schedule and the results were much better than good enough. If you want someone you can trust who does great work at a fair price, I highly recommend Colorado Collision Repair.

I cannot recommend Colorado Collision enough. Colin and Theresa were incredible. My 2021 Tacoma was in a horrible accident, and my dealership didn't hesitate to recommend Colin. My insurance company tried to put after market parts on my truck, but Colin caught it and wouldn't let anything but brand new Toyota parts be put on my truck. I wouldn't have had any idea, but Colin wouldn't settle for anything but the best for me and my brand new truck. I've had my truck back for a few months now, and it runs perfectly and the paint job is immaculate! Colin treats every vehicle like they are his own, and it shows! I'm so so so happy with Colorado Collision! Thank you so much, Colin and Theresa for taking such awesome care of me and my truck.

I have had a lot of bad luck with cars in the past 2 years (my car was even stolen from another repair shop) and was not looking forward to yet another repair job, but I couldn't have been more pleased. This is the best auto service I have ever experienced thanks to Colin and his team. He genuinely cared about getting the job done as soon as possible and always called to update me on the process. My car had a lot of problems long-term after these guys had it. Had to bring it in several times for issues with the lights sunroof etc. The staff was not very responsive and their shop always smells like weed. I know it's legal but not very professional.Would not go there again.Services: Tyres
