The branch has friendly staff and a kind helpful banker. You say a very nice lady at the entrance and a great teller printed a check within a second. The experience was wonderful and highly recommend. Staff were really friendly and good, they stayed to assist even after departure time. The drive through is convenience and a key to use the branch, but only 1 banker is available so you wait a while. Reviews say that the place is really nice with helpful employees and a good staff.
Last time I came here I received an email a week later saying the money I deposited wasn’t counted right and had 35$ added to my account after the fact. I came here again with 650$ and the counted is saying 615$. Looks like something’s broken.

I was written a check for $400 and the bank was Chase. They refused to cash it, because my ID says Joshua and the check said Josh... in what world are those 2 names not obviously interchangeable?
Glad I don't have an account here, clearly customer service is not a priority.
