“Awesome experience from start to finish! I wanted a guaranteed 4 wheel drive SUV to drive into the mountains. I found Mile High. A person contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle. Days before the trip I received text message confirmations. The vehicle was at the airport, no shuttle to the rental lots. It was so convenient. The SUV was clean and seat warmers were on (great touch!). We parked back at the airport and texted the details of where we parked. I will absolutely use them again! I loved the experience. It was so unique and personable.”
“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“Great experience on a last minute trip to Denver. We walked in with no reservation and drove away in less than 10 minutes. The lovely lady at the desk was amazing - she gave us options, suggestions and a discount package. Even on the return it was painless and quick and she even provided us umbrellas for the walk back to our hotel. You can't go wrong with this kind of service.”

“I had BEST customer service experience from Liz, the manager at this location a couple months ago and will be returning to rent cars only from this location if needed. Liz was most helpful during the car rental process. I truly appreciated Liz's thoughtfulness to the issue my family was facing with car trouble. She was also compassionate towards my toddler that she gifted a cute small toy. Liz also personally ensures the cars are cleaned and at their best for customers. “We rented a Toyota 4Runner for a few days with a pop up tent above. It was a great setup for two people. Perfect vehicle for easy and moderate 4x4 trails. Great for quick tent set up and all the items you need for remote camping. Gaylord was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved to get to places that almost nobody else was at. Highly recommend!”
“The Toyota RAV 4 was taken, so I got a Jeep. On the second thoought much bettee for the Winter Weather. No Problems at all. And it was a Hybrid. The Staff was very helpfull and friendly. The Jeep was rented previously by many People for Outdoor Activities. So inside it was quite muddy and the Seats not so clean. I didn't mind, because I was hiking. I vacumed the Car and cleaned it.”
