Unprofessional. Dude in the front with the tattoos is completely useless. Brought in my car for my appointment and 2 hours have passed and my car has yet to even be looked at. What’s the point of making appointments if they’re meaningless? Not sure that’s how it works.

Kory was great. I had some dangling Fuel Lines that no one could find clips for. Kory got it safely secured in the meantime, and didn't even charge me for it. They do what they can to take care of their customers. As soon ad my clips come in I'm certainly going back to get then put on.

Came in for an oil change and they had found a few things wrong with my vehicle while doing a courtesy inspection. I sure am glad they did because I wouldn't have known I had those issues with my car! Kory was great at explaining the priority of my repairs. Will definitely bring all my vehicles to Brakes Plus from now on!!

Brakes were checked and suspension for an unusual noise. Found the brake and suspension were fine. No charger!

I’ve been here many times and they’ve always treated me well. They just replaced my front brake pads and rotors and it was $200 less than another shop said they could do it for. On top of that, I was able to save another $40 with coupons. Kind, honest people work there and they genuinely want to help you out.

Zach over at Breaks Plus was very knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about helping me with service on my vehicle.
He was able to keep my repairs with in my budget. The service there was great and my car is running fantastic. I defiantly recommend Breaks Plus in Arvada Colorado! Thank You for a great experience.
