Great service and really quick to respond. Derek got my dad out of a sticky situation and towed to a garage quickly and at a reasonable price. If I ever need a tow truck, I will call Big Ty’s again. Thank you!

Derek was amazing!! No where to go but on the side of the highway and he showed up and made our day. Our tires popped but the silver lining was meeting Derek! Defiinitely recommend Big T's!

Other than a slightly longer wait than expected (whatever, it happens), fantastic experience getting my car towed when I blew a tire on I-70. Driver was super nice and empathetic during what is obviously a bad day. I've had gruff tow truck drivers that make a bad situation worse, and this was the opposite of that. Would...
