I just wanted to make a deposite, kinda a typical thing. I wait 40mins and still waiting and waiting. To put a cherry on top they ain’t busy. I’m the only one here and 1 other person. What a waste of time.

Customer service is poor. Can’t ever make a simple deposit in under 20 minutes. Bankers used to be helpful and nice. Now they just don’t care.

I came in this morning to cash my check. I’ve had an account with this bank for many years now. Upon entry the guy greeting the customers asked me if I had an account and really gave a vibe off as if I wasn’t supposed to be here and if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I came in to cash my check along with make a deposit on most of the cashed check (my employee likes his payday in cash). The banker who came after the greeter had told me they do not cash checks that big and they do not do separate transactions. I have been to many banks and they all have done the cashing and deposit at the same time. He had told me to go to another bank maybe they’ll remember me and do what I’m requesting. Very horrible customer service from this place.

One bad experience, absolutely no customers and rude banker with name, Aurora waiting to get rid of any potential customer !Wonder does anybody read those reviews cause this name is coming many times (if you read other reviews )so what kind of special powers she have , to still be there that’s beyond me ?!

Another bad review for this location, I went in due to dealing with fraud on my account which totally compromised it. While Mateo may be new, he did do his very best to solve my complex issues and managed to get me 90% of the way (The rest was a waiting game). The more serious issue is in their time management system, my 10am appointment didn't get seen until 10:30 and I had to get. Moved from Mateo to Marianne who was also incredible but had to stop seeing someone to see me??Alex seemed like she was trying her best, but the super fake façade wasn't working. Either she hates dealing with the public, or she hates her job?♂️Employees are the only reason this isn't a 1 star, they get 5 stars specifically. Once I have access to my funds again I will be looking into other banks.

Had to deposit a check after relocating to CO from FL. I was greeted immediately and assisted very competently. Alex who is in training helped me and I was in and out in 5 minutes! Great Banking Experience. Well done BOF 5830 Independence St Unit 400, Arvada, CO 80002

I've never had a service problem at Bank of America But for the first time, yes. The manager's name is Alex, who in my opinion doesn't even show friendliness in the service. The first time she served us, she told us to wait outside the room in a way not polite. The second time I went there, she made a point of saying she was the manager, because I actually thought it wasn't due to a lack of preparation. She was very rude and impatient in imposing her opinion on the events that were happening to me. She didn't understand or show any empathy when she saw that I was very distressed because my account had been blocked for deays. I went to another agency in Bolder and they resolved my problem quickly and kindly. But I leave my opinion to the manager in Arvada Alex who is very unprepared.

I swear this is got to be the slowest bank doesn't matter what branch you visit you're always going to wait they got two people inside of one branch one girl not doing anything having to wait for the second girl to do the deposit just a horrible system horrible Bank it's not the first time if this wasn't business related I would never pick this bank to do business with
