This place is a treasure. I had them make me a custom engagement ring last fall, and I fall in love with it more every day. I told them I wanted something timeless, elegant but suitable for daily wear, and they nailed it. The planning and design process was meticulous. I opted to make a minor change after it was completed, and they accommodated that change quickly and free of charge. I will definitely be using them again for my wedding band.

My partner and I worked with Balefire on our wedding rings. We created a custom design for my ring, and I took one of their classes to make my partner’s ring. The whole experience was unforgettable and such a cool story we will be able to tell for years to come, supported by Balefire’s sustainable and ethical way of doing business. Highly recommend! I worked with Baleigh to design necklaces for my daughters from coins my father gave to them many years ago. It was such an absolute pleasure. I had 100% confidence in the process, and Baleigh created beautiful necklaces that protected the coins and took into account the ages of my daughters--the final result was stylishly on point for them, and just beautiful--such a meaningful piece for both girls. The shop and space are lovely. I can't wait to go back to design something for me!

I worked with Baleigh and Jesse to bring some designs to life regarding a custom engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the experience and results! They were enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the whole process from start to finish. I was hoping for something nontraditional and a bit more Elven in nature and they were incredibly receptive, with Baleigh finding the most perfect ruby tablet for the centerpiece. She provided pictures and renders throughout the process and checked in every step of the way. In the end, the ring looks even more wonderful than I had hoped and I can't recommend them enough.

I took my family heirloom engagement ring to Balefire for a total redesign. From the initial consult to the final product I had a really smooth and amazing experience. I came to Balefire to have my fiance's (now wife) grandmother's engagement ring altered. Obviously I was nervous as this is a family heirloom and the ring that my future wife would wear around daily. They went above and beyond in helping me design something that would be beautiful and functional without taking away from the vintage feel of the ring. The result was amazing and my wife gets compliments constantly. When it came time for me to pick out a wedding ring, I went back to Balefire and showed them some ideas I had for a custom ring. They worked with me to design and create my wedding ring, and it too ended up being awesome. The artists at Balefire are friendly and professional, on top of being extremely skilled. I would highly recommend them.

I was gifted a standalone emerald (my birthstone) from Balefire Goods by my husband. A few days later, we had a personal appointment with Baleigh to discuss my jewelry style. The experts at Balefire then provided me with several gorgeous design options that were not only unique, but matched my style. What we ultimately chose was a beautiful, custom necklace that I wear everyday. It was such a meaningful gift and I get compliments on it all the time. Jamie is an incredibly talented artist. I met with her to create a ring out of some small diamonds that I had from other pieces of jewelry that I no longer wore. She took these diamonds and created a ring I adore. I wear it every day and I get so many compliments on it. She listened to what I wanted and made something magical that will become a family heirloom for my kids.
