All able mechanics most likely dont mind this location... but if you are looking for help with your car and dont exactly know what you are doing or what you need, this is probably not the place for you. I'm barely a YouTube mechanic, but I can still get stuff done on my own if I have the right equipment. So today, a part I ordered online arrived and I was eagerly awaiting this package so that I could get my vehicle up and running again only to find out that it is not quite the right part. Barely noticeable difference, but different all the same... so of course I take it to my local AutoZone to see how we can resolve this and get me the correct part. After explaining the situation and showing the clerk the parts together and how they're different, he proceeds to tell me he can check to see if they have the right part and if not maybe get me a refund. (I'm glad I got the refund because "maybe" shouldn't have been part of that sentence) Then after checking the computer, he let's me know they don't have the part and that I should probably try Napa or Amazon. Needless to say I'm quite disappointed by the service I've received so far, only to get home and find online that they have THE EXACT PART I've been looking for AT THEIR LOCATION!!!

I've been coming here for 20 years. The new manager Kurt is a real piece of garbage.
He "lost" my oil pan that we left to drain for an hour. And when a customer who didn't speak English came in for parts Kurt was very disrespectful and would not put in the slightest effort to accommodate the gentleman.
The other guy working at the store was so busy trying to upsell me and get as much money as he could, it was annoying as heck when I told him exactly what I need he waisted so much time trying to sell me anything but what I asked for.
It's a shame autozone would put guys like Kurt in charge of a store like this. It's a bad look for auto zone and makes me want to go to a diferent business instead.

Usually not one to write reviews, but this is my go to store for MOST parts. Some stuff I know they won’t be able to get because some of my projects are 60+ years old, but Tony always is willing to go above and beyond to help me get what I need for my more modern cars. The classics are in their nature harder to find parts and the autozone system needs some work to get the inventory properly adjusted, but no fault of the guys behind the counter! The dudes here truly care about getting you the right stuff the first time. Very seldom am I making a second or third trip for a part. Tony is the man, he will get you the right stuff when you need it.

This place custom service is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s went in today to buy batteries for my truck asked a man behind the counter if I could as him a question he replied yes. When I told him I need batteries for my truck replied with and what? I called the gm and was told this guy was a driver like that was justification as to why he behaved poorly. The gm said he would bring it to the guys attention. I had already brought it to his attention. Again worst customer service.

Employees were watching a video at the counter off to the side and had it up pretty loud. Walked up and asked a question and had to repeat myself due to the loud video. I asked about some oil and got an incorrect answer from the employee. Maybe focus more on customer service and less on funny videos? Won't return to this store due to unprofessionals working here.

Called in asking about a Specific product on Christmas Eve and they went and looked themselves. The clerk was prompt, and courteous.

Don't always have the parts you need may take a day to get them l.staff was really helpful and if I wasn't broke down and waiting for parts id give them 5 stars

Koda ran a diagnostoc scan on my 22 Subaru which had several sensors turned off for some reason. While the scan didn't turn up anything, Koda made every effort to fix the issues. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

Terrible service! The employees were too busy talking about what they did this weekend when asked for help they just pointed us to an isle saying you've got the replacement part in your hand just open up the package and compare them. Needless to say we did not buy anything we walked right out the door thanks for no help.
