My first time herevMy car was having starting issues, when I stopped here and explained the situation, Jake promptly did a few diagnostics and and we determined I needed a new battery he showed me my options but I didn't feel any I pressure to quickly choose he gave me sometime to think it over and helped a few other customers after conparing options and reading reviews he was able to help me get the one I wanted and even helped me in switching it out. Every time I've been in since he is above efficient and attentive, he's knowledgeable about mechanics and honest he makes each visit easier and enjoyable. I would never go anywhere else for my car needs I recommend this location to everyone I know, hands down the utmost outstanding customer service.

Jake at the Arvada store was fantastic- both representives were super helpful- so refreshing to deal with a staff who knows their products and their proper applications.

I had a tail light go out and googled if I could replace it myself. I watched a YouTube video and figured I might be able to do it if I took my time. I’m going thru a divorce and have no males to ask for help and also didn’t want to pay my mechanic for such a small job. I went to this Autozone and asked for replacement bulbs. The lovely man who was helping me (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. It would have taken me probably an hour. I am so, so thankful for his help and cried when I got home. I’ve always had such helpful, amazing people here and I’m so grateful.

Car stuff can be intimidating as a woman but this store was great. Everyone was so nice. Jake helped me with a diagnostic on my truck and even fixed a couple things I had been slacking on. Great experience!

I am forever grateful to Phil at this auto zone. He did the diagnostic for free and then instead of having me buy the $220 part, he checked my oil which was bone dry. He took his time to fill it with the right oil and boom, check engine light is off. THANK YOUUUUUUUU
