Paid $22 for a car wash and had to go to a different wash to actually get my car clean. There were still bugs and dust on the roof of my vehicle and streaks all over the windows. Save your money go somewhere else to begin with.

Was looking for a nice touchless wash, saw these guys. Signed up for the app, drove 20 minutes there and the wash was not good. Spent $7 in the self service bay for 6 minutes to get the bulk of the dirt off and then did the $18 + $2 additional for the extra undercarriage wash at the drive thru. So after tax I was around $30 and my truck is not clean.

$12 automated wash doesn't air dry your car, or clean very well ,love the spots it left.

Bought monthly membership and used once and ot doesn't even dry your car. Every wash package should include a dry otherwise what's the point of a car wash to get your car clean then leave spots all over ot wasting your time and money

I needed a decent wash and wax and since I can’t do it myself for the next couple weeks, I thought I would give Autowash Arvada a shot. I downloaded the app and got a free $25 wash with wax! Little to say, my Tahoe looked just as dirty coming out as it did going in… horrible wash. So glad I didn’t waste any of my money… I won’t be back.

take offense to your response. I purchased my new Tahoe on June 3, 2024… I can assure you she has been washed at least once a week since I got her. There was no excessive dirt on my Tahoe when I went to this Autowash… as I stated originally, I was hoping for a good wash and wax that I couldn’t do myself due to time constraints for the next couple weeks. Maybe I was expecting too much from Autowash, as I usually hand wash my Tahoe myself but they sure do promise a great wash and wax and that is not at all what I received. My Tahoe was not all super dirty and this wash didn’t clean it… I can’t imagine how bad it would’ve been if it were actually really dirty. And maybe you should advertise that the customer wash their vehicle prior to visiting your car wash since it may not work as well if your vehicle is actually dirty… per your response.

Always broken and even when it’s “working” you scan your code it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll actually take. If it doesn’t take then you gotta waste 10-15 minutes to call and get a new wash code, it’s too expensive to be having these issues especially when it occurs so often

The line took about 40 minutes for about only 3 cars in front of mine. It left my car wet, had to find napkins to dry it off. I downloaded the app and it took the whole time I was waiting to try and redeem rewards and still paid full price. By the time I tried to vacuum, I was so frustrated with the app, I just left.
Horribly inconvenient, most expensive, worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. Don’t waste your money, I would not recommend or come back.

No drying on basic wash?! I paid $12 then had to drive 75 mph for 8 miles to dry the thing only to be left with spots. Basic wash includes drying where I’m from …

First day I used the app the vacuums would not work. Decided to drive to this one in Arvada. Just to arrive and the car wash function was not working on the app. I also did not get the basic membership. Paying 50 a month for things not to work. I joined June 11th - few days later I cancelled.

No blower at all.
My mistake, this is the first car wash I’ve been to that doesn’t include a blow dry. It’s $12 for no blow dry and $18-25 for a blow dry. Thank you for the clarification.

Automatic enrollment WITHOUT notification. It wasn't even visible in the app that I had a membership.
A request for refund was denied, even with zero use of the car wash.
I know how to use apps and this is not an acceptable business practice.
