Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. When I went to drop my vehicle off for repairs Rich said, “I will not get to your vehicle today.” with no indication of when he could. They didnt seem to know i was showing up. They seem unprofessional and like they may play games. I dont know forsure bc i left with my truck and will not be returning based off my experience. Just not trustworthy in my opinion.

By far the best mechanic around. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Rich is always happy to work with me and my budget and the rest of the staff does a terrific job. You will never be charged for something you didn’t know about and everything is always fixed in a very timely manner without issues down the road. They stand by their product and I respect that. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I took both vehicles I have owned to them and when it was finally time to upgrade they were more than happy to check out the newer vehicle before I bought it.

I had my shocks replace along with breaks and calipers Tire rotation on my lifted truck these guys did a great job spend a pretty penny but you get what you pay for nothing is cheap nowadays and I’m ok with paying for a great service with a good warranty thanks guys you rock you did a solid job I will definitely come back

UPDATE: Just had the hub actuators, 4wd solenoid, and wheel hub replaced. These folks were very helpful and did a great job. They also cleaned the throttle body and the vehicle is running like new! 06/08/2023.What a fantastic experience! This is family owned and they take great pride in their work. I came in for an alignment and they diagnosed underlying issues that were causing that bad alignment including worn ball joints and tie rods on my F150. They also serviced my A/C and it is blowing cold once again. I highly recommend this shop.

I have given this guy two opportunities to be an honest person. The first time I took my daughter's jeep grand Cherokee in for replacement of a/c condenser. Quoted me $1000, researched the part and YouTubed how to do it , it cost me $150 and 2 hours of my time. When I confronted the front desk lady about it she said that's what the book says! ??? The second time I took my 2014 Ford Taurus in for an alignment, simple enough. He said he couldn't align the vehicle because the back lateral arms were shot! (Tie rods) wanted to charge me $700 for the repair. I bought mid grade tie rods on rock auto shipped for $80 and it took me less than an hour to change them both out, four bolts! That's it! and that was with no specialized equipment, no hydraulic floor lift, no pneumatic tools, old school, floor jack, jack stand and manual ratchet! Which means he could have done it in a half hour or less! No I understand that there are people that aren't capable of doing there own repairs, nonetheless I would recommend you find a different mechanic!

Went there based on reviews, no real issues with the quality of the work, however feel they charged excessively, example I was charged $450 for a part that they had to get from the dealer yet when I researched the same part I found I could get it for $200 from the dealer myself. I should pushed for an in writing quote but was dealing with some other issues so just went with it and paid at or above what a dealer would charge me.Service: Auto maintenance

I want to thank this honest shop for taking the time to overlook and noticing the issues with my car. After more research its been deemed a moving violation and leaving me to not be able to sell the car. I had to sell it to a dealer to greenlight the issues and most likely will be red litServices: Vehicle safety inspection
