I have always been weary of mechanic shops so I’ve typically done auto work myself. But my son’s car needed more than I knew how to do so I took it to Arvada Automotive. Zack and his team found a way to get everything fixed while keeping the cost very fair. I think my days of working on cars myself are in the past. Very very happy I found this great shop.

Have used Arvada auto multiple times now. It's hard to find an old school privately owned shop. Zach, the owner is knowledgeable and straight forward. He's helped me with an older Jeep and a newer Silverado. Does his best to use OEM when ever possible not skimping on cost of parts. Quality work at a fair price

The team at Arvada Automotive is the best! They are extremely helpful, always willing to explain things, and give you options and information to help you make an informed and confident decision in addressing any issues with your vehicle. They are fast, on time, and always communicate quickly and efficiently. Lastly, they are all just very kind, always offering helpful input, and treating people well. Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a helpful and reliable team for your vehicle.

Arvada automotive center is my new place to have my vehicle repaired. Honest work, competitive prices and the staff are great. Camron my service advisor explained in detail what the issues were and what needed to be repaired including all costs involved. Matter of fact my out the door cost we lower then anticipated and my SUV drives like new again. Thank you.

I recently took my car into Arvada Automotive Center to change the brake pads, thinking that after putting over 100K miles on my vehicle, it was time for some new ones. The team at Arvada Automotive Center was incredibly honest and professional. They explained to me that my hybrid car is designed differently and didn't actually need new brake pads yet. What impressed me the most was that they didn't charge me for the inspection. Their honesty and expertise have earned my trust, and I will definitely be sending my mom here for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

I had a wheel bearing replaced that started making noise about a month after it was installed. I got ahold of Zach who told me that he stands by his work and he's fixing my car tomorrow! I can't believe how honorable this company has proved to be!
I would highly recommend Arvada Automotive Center!

Avoid this shop at all costs. I took my car in to get some work done about a month ago. When I returned and told a friend who is more knowledgeable about cars exactly what work they did, and what they charged (close to a grand for patching a couple leaks and fixing the spark plugs) I immediately walked away with this sense that, okay, maybe I got ripped off, but at least my car is in good working order. At the point of purchase, I was charged an additional 130 dollars in labor, after expressing that we had reached about the highest price point that was manageable for me at that juncture.
After a few weeks of standard commuting as a driver, I was in the parking lot of a grocery store, when the wheel came plain off the axel.
I am now very upset, as this was relating to a noise made in the front of the vehicle, which I asked about, but the shop failed to address.
So after "fully diagnosing" my vehicle, and further overcharging me for minor repairs, these guys let me drive around for a month with a deteriorating axel that they failed to diagnose or mention. Not only did I already overpay these guys, forking over money I now need to make this repair and don't have, I am presently staring at a Honda Accord sitting on 3 wheels, not 4 weeks after these guys ripped me off.
Go a block or two south east and go through one of the small, locally owned mechanics off Lamar. This place is an absolute joke, and I will never bring a vehicle here again, and will encourage my friends to do the same.
Additionally, while this shop replied to this comment to make themselves look good to anybody who may be browsing these reviews, they never ACTUALLY reached out to me via call or email or anything like that to try and make this right. The response received to this email was not actually the shop reaching out to put the customer first, it was the shop covering their own a** by making it look like these steps were being taken.
