So expensive for the most outdated furniture possible selling used stuff for the same price you can get it for new!!! It's crazy the power trip these workers seems to be on, you're best not stopping here. Staff is at the least friendly.

Let me start by saying the day shift crew seems to always be positive smiling no matter how busy the check Out line can get. The night crew seems more on edge sheldom smile and always seem to be getting chewed out by the skinny lady who works there. I hope she is not a manager cause she is not a good example of one the way I have heard and seen her talk to people if she hates her job that much why not look for something else does she come to work to release her issues on the other workers ? I'm curious that's what we customers seem to see and feel. You had 1 lady checking people out that everyone was going to as she was bagging needed change and trying to answer other employees. Another lady cashier paged who needed help and no one even came held up the line that was already around the isles, you can see the frustration in there eyes and no one answers back after a good 10 minutes the skinny female comes behind the register to get what I call hostile with the female everyone was going to about who was on break and lunch when the cashier tried to answer the question she grew even more agitated at her accusing her of letting others take a lunch in front of a long line of people which should have been more important then her issue who take a lunch. Then she see's it was busy and walks away to the cashiers in the very front and yells out to the lady cashier in the back end shouldn't you be getting out, your sift ended not sure of the time see expressed but I and several others heard her yelling from the other end how the lady cashier needs to have better time management and needed to close now very unprofessional and then she directs her like a animal follow me leaving 2 cashiers to handle a pretty long line of people needing to check out the bossy lady was really loose with her mouth for everyone to hear honestly if I was the employee I would of walked out being talked to like that infront of other employees and customers. What I observed was the skinny older lady walking with another older blonde employee going in and out of a room by the dressing room or through the double doors in the back of store I guess the 2 were to busy to help there team members leaving them to sink to go off with the blonde lady I do not personally no either of the ladies I take are in charge but I have seen both of them on several visits to the arc and the skinny one walks around bossing everyone like she is the top dog and walking back forth from back to the front yelling at certain employees. The Is atmosphere was not a very pleasant one at the arc this evening.

I am a employee at this store and I absolutely love it. I have been employed here for 11 years now since 2012 and I have awesome coworkers and our mangers are wonderful.I encourage people that are in end of a job to please look into working for Arc you won’t be sorry.?

Showed up about 40 minutes before the posted closing time. There was a piece of paper on the door that had a hand written note in sharpie saying "went to 7-11 be right back." As I was getting out of my car, a guy who smelled like cigarettes was just standing there staring at me and tried to take a bag from me without a word. I had to ask if he worked there and he got annoyed and said yeah but he was done for the day and he would just take it, or if I wanted it back he would bring it back out which makes no sense. I've never had this kind of experience at any other donation center so my advice is find another one.

This post is about customer service from the current store manager. She didn't give me her name but I think it might be Karen. I've shopped here many times and have spent good money here. While shopping I was approached rudely by the manager saying I need to make sure my reusable bags remain closed for shopping. Mind you my bags were already closed. I asked her if I wasn't allowed to bring them in, she said it was allowed but they have had a problem with theft. The entire time she had an attitude about it. She didn't say this to many other customers walking in with bags I noticed. I told her they would remain closed until check out. Through my experience shopping the manager continued to follow me and my family around the store. It made me feel very uncomfortable as if I shouldn't purchase anything at all and leave. I'm not exactly sure what about my family looked as if we would steal anything, but I feel she was making an assumption as soon as we entered the store. Maybe because of my tattoos? You shouldn't treat paying customers this way and make them feel uncomfortable to shop. Especially customers that come in frequently to shop. I'm sure there is a protocol for theft which is understandable and I have to do the same at my job but to be approached in such a rude manor with so much attitude doesn't make me want to spend my money here.

False advertisement "Everything Half off in store" on Saturday big sign outside the store front!!!! Everything is overpriced. I rather shop at Ross for clothes.

We showed up 20 minutes before close with just a couple items. And were refused because he said he was already leaving. Was extremely rude after that I Said that I thought they were open till six and he told me he was already out.

I went to the Arc thrift store 9661 W 58th Ave Arvada Colorado 80002 The manager Wendy sold me a necklace. for 199.00 she did not tell me that all jewelry sales are final, I went back the next day to return the necklace for store credit and I was denied. The necklace still had the tag and was in the box it came in. I had the recipe. Rose the store manager denied the return I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service! Rose did not handle it like a manager should have. I give this store a 0 very bad customer service and Shadey.

Not a fun place to shop. Very high priced and it's a dump of a store. Lots of people who need assistance shop there and it is unacceptable to have out of reach basic items. Ugly out of fashion clothing is marked UP - silly because I can't shop there any more

Friendly staff. Clean store. It's big, two big rooms full of stuff. Things are organized well. Great selection of items. With all the new apartments going up I'm sure this location will be even more busy. They're crazy busy when I'm there. Sometimes lines are super long.

I found some great dishware here! And they had good items throughout moderately priced. Don't ask questions to the manager, who seemed really irritated when inquiring about furniture with no idea prices listed. Maybe it was just a bad day or because they had to work Sunday. I might come back to this location, but the manager made me a little anxious so may stick to some of the other Arc locations instead.
