“We bought a bathtub and the remodel took longer than expected. When it was time to install the tub we realized that is was the wrong handed. It was over a year old. We returned it to the store and the store manager went above and beyond. We got a store credit which was more than we paid (the price went up over the year). Couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. Even the customer service representative was helpful and did everything they could to try to return it before calling the store manager.”
“I go 30 minutes out of my way to go to this store in particular, solely because of their customer service. For example, Severen in Doors and Windows recently went above and beyond to help me out. He patiently explained all the options, helped me apply for a Lowes card so I could get a discount and even delivered the door for me on his lunch hour since it wouldn’t fit in my car.
