“I lived at Park Place Olde Town for a year with my four year old and absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal - it's easy access/five minutes to I-70 and a five minute walk to old town, which made it so fun to explore Old Town. The pool in the summer time is perfectly quaint and well-kept, and there's a new play park outside the back of the apartment, which was clutch for my four year old. Both the management and maintenance staff were highly responsive, professional, friendly, and very accommodating, and the building/apartment was beautifully kept, clean, and modern. I couldn't have asked for a better living environment and highly recommend Park Place!”
“This place was great to live in. Great area. I am actually bummed that I had to move because any minor issue that I had or a lot of the issues I read on here were finally all being taken care of by the new property manager Joelle. She was awesome, and although I only got a month with her she made my experience even that much better. It was just nice to have a property manager that cared as much as you do for the community. I see myself and my son returning these apartments next year after my work is done.she is not going to put with any of the nonsense that I see complaints about this place.
I would like to Mention Chris from maintenance. He is fantastic, was ver nice and hardworking. It was knowing I had a maintenance worker who was very knowledgeable and reliable. Any time I need something he was able and I handle it in a timely manner”
