They do not accept VSP insurance. They say they do, but they don't. They're out-of-network. All they want to do is collect money. They do not take VSP. Insurance, they say it's out-of-network. You're better off to go to a place that takes p insurance. Learn hard way. Paid an extra $70 that I had to.

***THIEVES!!!*** This stole nearly $100 from me! They had to special order my contacts, in which I paid up front for, and still have not received 6 months later. They’ve told me so many lies and NO ONE will help me! I’ve been told twice I never paid for them, tho I have the bank statement to prove it. I’ve been told twice they see that I paid for them but they sent them back because I didn’t pick them up. I’ve never been contacted that the contacts had arrived! And when I’ve called they have zero clue what I’m talking about. The onsite manager Jamie was SO RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, UNHELPFUL and offered zero assistance but was quick to laugh at me when I told her I am disabled and can’t afford to buy contacts twice!!! I now have infections in both eyes from wearing my old contacts for so long. No one will help me there! I just want what I paid for 6 months ago!! I’m legally blind and desperately need my contacts.

First most unprofessional work setting. Had one worker cussing and talking badly about her work environment. Then got an eye exam and only got my eyes checked with glasses on not with them off after being told we’d see the difference.Then while waiting to choose glasses and pay had a male customer with clear signs of mental issues come in to see about his glasses for pick up. Told one worker he felt like the older blonde lady had insulted him. Instead of trying to fix or understand the man. Or show him and respect. She waited till he walked out and laughed and made the comment “He should act more like a man”.Freaking disgusting work environment.I don’t recommend people coming here.$60 dollars to fill rushed through the process and deal with all this exactly why me and my gf will not be returning or ever be buying glasses from this company!

So happy I chose this location, Kayla and Carisa helped me pick out two awesome pairs of glasses! They also answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

110% recommended. From the first phone call with Jayla, I knew I would be in good hands. She went the extra mile to check stock and speak with the doctor before my visit. Then Ms. Laurie was able to accommodate my particular situation with grace and a humanistic warmth. Carissa, the lab technician was kind and incredibly efficient, as well as humorous :) Finally, Dr. Speckman was the best optometrist I have ever had. Attentive and wonderful at explaining my vision health to me.Best in town AND the best prices without insurance. Trust, I did my research.Thank you all so much.

The staff is so friendly. They really make you feel at home. They are very good at picking out frames for you. Would recommend this store to anyone needing glasses.

Carissa, Kayla, and Lori were amazing to work with! They were very patient when helping me adjust my glasses. I have almost no nose bridge and they all worked together to help the glasses fit better. They never made me feel bad or rushed for needing extra assistance. 10/10 recommend!

I will preface this by saying the front desk staff who deals with insurance verification and payment was outstanding. Ashlee working diligently to make sure my insurance was verified. The Dr. Speckman did a great job, and I feel my vision has been corrected.However, my upset with this facility comes from the optical technician named Kaiann. I was pulled back to do the initial eye testing(glaucoma test, etc). Kaiann asks if I would like to do a retinal scan for $20 to which I politely decline and say I will do the standard testing included in the eye exam.She says okay we will go forward with the retinal scan! I say no, I will do what is included and opt out of $20 retinal scan. She goes well if "you decline the exam you're going to end up right back in this room", she goes on to explain that the Dr. requires this exam it is mandatory, however they will waive the fee this time around if I pay for it next year. I ask if I contractually obligated to purchase the retinal scan next year, she says I'm not required to do anything. I respond that I am in fact required to do the retinal scan or else "Ill end up right back in this room". Kaiann goes on a fear mongering rage that she recently saw a young person close to my age who declined the retinal scan and suddenly lost his vision permanently because he has a condition that was not picked up because he did not have the exam done. I wish I was making this up. THE EXAM IS $20!!! For $20 kickback this optician is essentially trying to frighten me with permanent blindness. Biggest kicker is my insurance covered the retinal scan, so they got their $20.To the manager, if this behavior is acceptable then Kaiann is doing great, if not fire this woman she is dangerous.

0 STARS!! Please take this review seriously, I wish I would have listened to the others before coming to this place on Wadsworth. I ONLY did because it's close to my house.. Absolutely, in all my years of dealing with contacts, this place is the worst. Seven months later, still no contacts.. constant run around, blame game and apologizing for others mistakes. Today they wanted to replace the order yet again for another 6 to 8 weeks. Not a chance!! I got my money back and will never go there again.

Dr. Speckman was informative and really nice. Very happy overall with my visit. Rosa was very helpful with purchasing new frames and lenses. I love my new glasses!

I have gotten several pairs of glasses from this location over the years and have been happy. I had one pair that just wouldn't be straight and staff worked with me and we got it.
