I have been using the facility for the season, and it has been great for me. The location is easy to access, gates are secure and modern, and I like that it is all rocked to prevent pests. Having a dump facility on the way in and out has been a big time-saver.

Stored my sprinter van there for approximately 1 year. The storage facility is nicely kept and secure. The access gate is easy to use.

We used AA Adult toy Storage for 3 years or so, and at first had an OK experience. We did have our rig broken into early on, and when we asked Management about perhaps rolling the tapes, they magically didn't have them. OK; Not a biggie. Then they raised the rates significantly, > 25%. When asked about it, Management provided several snarky comments about costs increasing, etc, etc, basically an excuse-fest to justify their greed; Fine, Whatever. The last straw though was the completely bizarre, and unprofessional interaction we had with their staff recently. They'll likely claim we violated the rules of acceptable use, which is debatable; Still, we would have been more than happy to discuss the issue as adults, and deal with it were it not for this individual's bizarre, and retalitory behavior. Between this, and the selective enforcement of their own rules, (I won't post the pictures out of respect for the owners of the units), but there are plenty in there that don't fit their 15 year window of age for acceptable units, folks are much better off going elsewhere. There's plenty of other lots where adults are in charge. Zero stars for Zero business acumen.

Recently returned home from a trip through Denver. We don't store our coach here (thankfully). A few weeks back, I made the mistake of calling, and inquiring about the possibility of an ad-hoc tank dump/fill and what it might cost. After spending an eternity with their IVR, spoke to a female who couldn't have been more rude. She ranted on about how they have other business interests, and didn't have time for on-offs. Zero Stars.

We’ve been here just over 2 years. This is a great safe and secure storage facility. The lot is gravel so no rodents and very good drainage. I’ve never seen a weed here. The fresh water on your way out and the dump on the way in are lifesavers! Its secure and the location is 3 mims from I76 and 10 mins from I70. Owners are great people. Very happy here!

We love this place. Have had 2 different campers there over several years. The place is very well maintained. People are nice. It's very convenient to have a dumping station and a place to fill up with water. Feels very secure with gate and cameras. Have never had any issues. We think it is very reasonably priced considering it's location and the quality of the place.

Our motorhome is well protected there. Everything is clean and the parking sites are well definedThe owners are terrific.

Great place to store your RV - place is clean and secure with solid rates. Dump station and water hookups were always clean and available. 24/7 access was crucial for me. I had to go on the wait list to get in, but it's worth it!
