I never write reviews. However, I wanted to show my gratitude towards this business. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car on December 30th 2022. The whole front right side was messed up. I tried to get a in network auto shop with my insurance but they were all backed up and wouldn't be able to start working on my car for at least a couple months. Luckily I found Arvada Autobody/360 Degrees of perfection (they work together) they were able to take my car in the same day of the crash and get the initial estimate within a few days. That was including the weekend and New Year holiday.They also made a supplement due to the damages being more severe than they thought after breaking the car down. Susan was very kind and willing to answer my calls (weekly basis I called). Due to being out of network my insurance took some time to pay them out but while I was waiting to get the money from the insurance on the supplement, I was under the impression the auto shop was waiting for that money as well, to order the needed parts then conduct the labor. Indeed, I was wrong and shocked to get a update saying my vehicle would be ready February 2nd 2023. It only took them 34 days! They should have been paid out in full now but they gave my car back to me even before they received the full amount from my insurance. All I did was pay my $500.00 deductible and I got my car back. I was very surprised and my car looks good as new and runs perfect. I will definitely come here in the future if I need anything worked on.

360 Degrees of Perfection doesn’t live up to their name. I had my Mercedes delivered to them on 2/19 for tune-up/fuel line cleaning and hail damage repair for the entire car. Drew said it would be a paint-less dent repair job. He later called and said the hood and deck lid needed to be replaced and that the roof needed body work and paint, which I said was fine.I did not get my car back for nearly 2 months (4/13). And when I picked up the car, there are still hail dents in my doors and fenders. He said that I need to pay extra for those dents and leave the car even longer. If I knew this would leave other dents, would cost more and take even longer, I NEVER would have agreed, and would have taken it elsewhere.When I asked why would I pay for a PDR job and leave dents in the doors and fenders, Drew said a lot of customers do that. Really????!!!! On top of all the excuses they gave me why it was taking so long, this was topper!He patronizingly admitted it was his miscommunication, but would not do any more.If you care about your car, trust and integrity, I do not recommend 360 Degrees of Perfection.PS. - I am still trying to get a receipt for my payment. They tried to write it on a post-it note (what a joke!) and I have left their accountant a voicemail message. Still have not heard back.

6/12/2022 - Update: The company is now claiming "Wrong company, This is not us. We had another company working out of Unit C2, that was apparently telling people they were us, when we were over on W 55th Ave." If this was the case they have not reached out to us as this would also be considered insurance fraud and the legit owners would have a case to sue the "other company". I highly recommend you stay away from this business.Four weeks longer than their estimate, with multiple delays and different stories from staff each time. They never once called us to let us know the car would not be ready when they said, and every time we called the day before it was supposed to be done, it was extended again.Staff were friendly enough, they were just clueless. We waited on hold 10+ minutes multiple times, with one call being 18 minutes before my wife had to hang up to go back to work. They did not call back with the update we had requested ( car was supposedly going to be done the next day), nor did they return my wife's call when she called later in the day and left a message explicitly asking them to call her back with an update.Things felt so "shady" throughout the process due to the lack of communication and clueless employees.

i was in a car accident recently and i called around to so many places to see if they could give me an estimate in my car. after about 6 phone calls I stumbled across 360 degrees of perfection. they gave me an estimate and I heard back from them in a timely manner. long story short the communication was great and they had my car done with in 4 days and it looks great. Thank you to the staff members at this autobody for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a good body shop!

I was very impressed by the level of service & kindness from 360 Degrees of Perfection. I was able to get my car in for auto body repairs within a week (where every other auto body shop was quoting 6-12 weeks to just get my car in). They kept me updated on the work being done & timelines. After picking up my car, I noticed an issue with the inside door handle after I got home. I called & they told me to come back in whenever. I came back in & they fixed the issue on the spot. I am so grateful for the timeliness & customer service here. Highly recommend.Services: Painting

I recently had some repairs done on my car and the team was awesome with communication and got my car back in a very quick manner. I will admit, when I first dropped my car off, I was a little thrown off that they smoke cigarettes inside, as I'm really sensitive to smoke. But don't let that fool you, the team is great! Huge shout out to Susan, the office manager, as we had lots of back and forth with StateFarm giving us the run around. She was patient, made lots of extra calls into StateFarm to get the job done, and was fantastic with keeping me in the loop on everything. Pleasure doing business with a local shop vs going to a big corporation, I feel they really take customer service to the next level. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not only repaired, but they detailed it and looked great! So nice to be back in my own vehicle. Shiny and like new! I couldn't be happier with the work done by 360 degrees of perfection.

I wanna start by saying im not a customer of this waste landfill i mean auto body shop. It only has a C+ grading on here and is NOT recommended by the BBB. Im sure thats for good reasons. The reason im even here writing a review is because my car is there due to the fact it was stolen and damaged and thats who my insurance company picked to go to. With all this being said, this is the WORST company i have ever dealt with. VERY unprofessional. My car has been there for two weeks with no eta or update on my vehicle. The receptionist at this job site cant handle angry customers and doesnt know the first thing about customer service, so she transferred me to the business owner *******************. **** is a highly energetic character who also seems to have zero experience in giving GOOD customer service. Me and **** sat on the phone for almost an hour dealing verbal threats back and forth and not even getting to the point, which was the eta on my vehicle. As a customer i find this to be completely unprofessional. In my experience of customer service, when a customer starts cussing or threatining you, you jus hang the phone up. You dont threatin the customer back by tellin em if you were in front me id slap the s*** out of you ??????? My car has been there for weeks with no help or even trying to speed up the process. He even told me he would go out of his way to hold my car longer on purpose to charge me betterment fees for storing my vehicle so that i would have to come out of pocket myself. When the conversation was over and it was time to hang up i sat my phone down and walked away and he stood on the phone for almost two minutes repeating the words, hello? Are you there. Like cmon bro jus be professional and hang up the phone. He said everything was being recorded, and im sure he wouldnt let anyone hear those conversations but i can assure you his professionalism was quite the opposite. Pretty pathetic in all honesty. I would definitely not suggest using this company by any means. Just by looking at the past reviews on here im sure the owner will have a reply for everyone else to see. So i jus wanna say every bad review on this company makes complete sense. I have learned through my own experiences why this company is complete garbage and deserves to be exposed for its lowsy customer service and lowsy work! Save yourself the headache and trouble and go somewhere else! I really dont need to express that considering every review on here has been a 1 star rating and the company isnt even BBB recommended. In all honesty the fact that the owner chooses to get on here and continue arguing with unhappy customers completely speaks for itself. This place is a joke.. a complete circus made up of nothing but clowns with a major lack of entertainment. Figuratively speaking

360 Degrees of Perfection has helped us, with more complex jobs that require a Master Technician to Diagnose and Fix. They have helped us with Suspension Work, Tuning on Classic Cars, Overflow work, Paintless Dent Repair, Hard hit Collisions needing Frame Repairs, and basically have helped us get started.Being a Women Owned Business in this Industry is hard. These guys have NEVER took advantage of me, rather they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are always on time, their communication is TOP NOTCH, and their Service Advisors have been quick to help me, when needed.A++++++++ Service. I would send my 95 Year Old Grandma Here and know he would be taken care of. Hats off to Steve and the Crew.Services: Brake service & repair

Look no further... Steve and the crew at 360 Degrees of Perfection are amazing. They did my hail repairs from the 2017 massive hail storm and my car looked brand new. They even waived my $500 deductible for me. Great guys and gals, great service, very friendly, very fast, they took care of handling my insurance which was a relief.They have continued to do the maintenance on all of my families vehicles.Services: Brake service & repair

Went in for a body work estimate. The woman working there was not wearing a mask and said they did not wear them there.Edit: the response from the owner is a flat out lie. The woman saw me come in from the other room, then came in without putting a mask on. She said they don't wear masks there. I'm leaving this at one star and it's one more than you deserve.
