I really don't know if my expectations are high, but my afro hair is not hard because it is processed and easy to manage. But I came out of this salon worse than I came in because they don't know how to treat the type of afro hair. The people who can visit them can only have straight or straight hair, it's easy to just blow a blow dryer and that's it... If they don't know how to handle the type of hair like mine, just be honest and say no, that way They cause displeasure to the customer and waste their money. Thank you

My stylist was so nice, and she tried, but it was terrible.
I got home from my appointment, still covered in hair dye. It’s everywhere, in my roots, staining my skin, in my ears, all over the back of my neck. It looks like someone bruised me. The stylist had long nails and scratched the ever loving heck out of my scalp and neck while rinsing my hair.I had to rinse my hair when I got home because the dye was “bleeding” all over. My hands are stained just from touching it. My husband pointed out that there are spots where the color was uneven.
Just spend the extra money and go to a different place. They are great at hair cuts, but I could have done a cleaner job at home.

I have had my hair cut there a few times, some better than others. So...I tried to call to make an appointment with someone I prefer and can't get through. The phone rings once and then cuts off. I have verified the phone number through several sources. Also, I know they aren't open every day but they don't have their correct hours posted anywhere. Very frustrating.

I was in need of a desperate Trim on my hair. I didn't catch the lady's name but she did an amazing job in quick time. I always heard such negative comments about this Salon but it's definitely not true in my opinion. My daughter gets haircuts here to! Now we know where to go!
