Better business Bureau will take care of unprofessional businesses. Call them to report any inconveniences.

Called to see if I could rent a unit. Was told by the woman who answered the phone that she "didn't feel like coming into town". It was 2 in the afternoon.

Damaged my new cargo trailer while construction of other buildings and denied it. Would not accept responsibility for damage. Not a very secure location.
