Purchased a table and a bench from Rustic. I couldn’t find what I wanted on the floor, so they made it custom for me. It surpassed my expectations and I am always getting compliments on the table. Great quality, unique furniture, I will definitely go back!

We spent almost $6000.00 on furniture manufactured by this company in 2011. Listed below is each piece we purchased, the problems we have experienced, the date when problem occurred, and any resolution. Please note we are two seniors with no one else in the home.Rocking Recliner Chairs (quantity 2)2011: The day after we received the chairs - the reclining levers fell off.The owner of the local store where we purchased the furniturecame over and fixed the chairs.2014: The foot rest on one chair fell off due to fasteners popping out.We fixed it ourselves.2016: Springs broke on both chairs - replacement springs sent to localstore and they repaired. They also replaced several fastenersthat had popped out.2017: Arm fell off one chair. After approval from Rustic Log Furnituredue to fasteners popping out- the local store fixed it.2022: Broken springs again - at this point the local store had shut down.I contacted Rustic Log Furniture through numerous emails(explaining my problem and providing pictures of the issuesbased on their request). I was finally contacted by someonewho seemed to have authority. He said it was the local store’sresponsibility - although they had given permission and workedwith the store on the previous issue. He asked me what I wantedfrom his company and I said my chair fixed. I provided the nameand number of a local repair person to assist him with getting itfixed (we live in a small rural community). His response“I will reach out to Saul and work with him to see whatwe need to do in order to repair it.” He did contact Saulafter an additional request to follow through. He sentSaul the springs and he and Saul decided on $225 fortransportation of the chair to and from Saul’s shopand the repair. I was not informed of the cost anddidn’t inquire since I assume (like in the previous instances)that their lifetime warranty covered it. Paying Saulwas never mentioned to me and Saul was under theimpression that Rustic Log Furniture would be paying him.Several weeks after Saul fixed the chair, he contactedme to say that Rustic Log Furniture was not going topay him. Rustic Log Furniture told Saul that I shouldpay him. Several email messages with Rustic Log Furnitureoccurred and he was very nasty and refused to pay Saul.He said the warranty didn’t cover the springs or hardware(even though they covered the parts in 2016 and 2017).They have no warranty information for the customer ontheir web site (they just keep saying their warranty is withthe local store).L shaped desk (1)2012-current: Constant problems with drawers (total 7 - different onesat different times) refusing to stay closed. We fixed using smallmagnets.Kitchen custom cabinet (1)2012-current: Constant problems with the drawers (two) refusing tostay closed. We fixed using small magnets.TV console (1)/corner console (1)Cabinet doors (2) have rubbed since day 1.We also purchased end tables/bar stools - no moving parts - no problems.We also purchased the following pieces with no moving parts and have not had issues with them;End tables (quantity 2)Bar Stools (quantity 2)Large standing bookcase (quantity 1)

Picked up a couple night stands ordered in March. They are very nice. One wobbles, though. Thought it was the floor, but no. It's ok. Soft close drawers and doors, they look great.Made in America by Americans!Where can you find that anymore?

Great people to work with!! They go out of their way to make things right! Quality craftsmanship on all pieces of furniture.
