Way over priced. Computer did not work when I was there for a 2 dollar extension cord. It took forever to purchase. Also, 2 unsupervised children were running from wall to wall. It was a hazard for everyone but nobody seem to care till this little ill behaved child ran into me. When I brought it up with the woman at the front desk she didn't care one bit. Ill never go back in any of the Rainbows End.

Love when I find 1 cool thing, but when I see the court appointed workers in back pocketing and keeping things just brought in, it's sad that people that need it, can't get it. Being closed on the weekend is also just lazy. That's when everyone can go there because their not at work. Three stars is all you get, you'll get the other two back, 1 star for Saturday , and 1 star for Sunday..

Who thinks being closed all weekend is a good idea? Anyone who works during the week will never be able to shop here. I think they are not interested in running a good or successful store. The Rainbow's End in Monte Vista keeps weekend hours, and does not close early or unexpectedly. Decades of poor management and the worst business practices imaginable can't be an accident.

If you are in an area of Colorado this is definitely the place of physical media. Very good service and a good selection. The vhs tapes are a little dusty needed to be cleaned but thankfully I got mine undusted which is good.

I've tried to go to this store twice in the past 3 months. They haven't been open either time (even though according to their hours, they should have been). Looks like a decent place (but that's only looking through the front glass, seeing as I've never been able to go in). This last time, I watched FIVE different people (besides me) go to the door, and they were also disappointed to find it not open. And, did I mention that there was a worker in the front window changing out the mannequins and seeing people come to the door? That is terrible customer service!
You want people to shop local and be thrifty. However, you set roadblocks in their way. Very disappointing!

That STUPID WOMAN you've got running the place now needs to stop being so JUDGMENTAL AND RUDE. She also needs to stop closing early. I also work and can't get there until later in the day. Last time I was rushed out of the store extremely rudely and this time my daughter has been crushed. Sometimes I can't afford Walmart prices.. we were depending on you. Thank you so so much!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of outdoor goods, books, electronics, and houseware! Prices are quite reasonable. A must go if looking to thrift in Alamosa.

Coming into the store there is a light atmosphere. There was great selection and the prices are completely unbeatable.

Lots of things to sort through; not currently accepting donations of clothing and shoes. Household goods are plentiful and furniture is available. Picked up a recliner for a small price. Service is friendly and helpful with loading up large items into your vehicle. ✌?
