“Bianca was very knowledgeable and friendly, she answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I purchased a plan comparable to my disappointing other V- service, and at $40.00 less a month. The first bill came and I was charged an activation fee of $30.00 which was a mistake, yet when I came into the store, Bianca remembered me by name, and took care of the bill within 30 minutes, she was awesome. I am very please with the the service overall and Bianca! Good customer service is well appreciated!!”

“I went in needing to activate a phone. The worker there was quick to respond to my needs. They were helpful and polite. The manager came and was also helpful with an additional question I had. It was an app related question not a phone issue. Although this was not an area involving the phone he still took time to help me. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again.”
