Very horrible company!!!!! Way to expensive. Also the staff pacifically. The two lady’s that work at the front desk and answer the phone is super rude and not helpful I would recommend to everyone not to do business with this place there well know for over charging people for equipment and majority of their equipment is worthless all the people I know that used there equipment before in the past was extremely unhappy including my self mainly because they rent out equipment that’s broken or that’s going to break very soon and then they have customers pay for there mistakes it’s not right

The lights on the lift were not working had to 7ae our own magnetic lights for it.

Super impressed with J&J Rental Center's customer service. Brought in a generator to be fixed and when the mechanic found out we were from Red River, NM he said he'd get right on it so we wouldn't have to make another trip to pick it up. Went shopping at Walmart and got a text about an hour later that it was fixed! Thank you!
