They did not follow direction given for 2 day service. Needed signature but didn’t even know they were here…left door tag with no attempt to make contact. Frustrating!! In middle of construction and they did not follow shippers instructions at all. We were waiting for package and now everything on hold!!! I guess you have to wait outside I. Order to get packages.

FedEx driver, Jake, is the absolute best delivery driver. He is friendly and respectful and any requests we have about our package, he carries through and remembers... we only have to ask once. He is friendly to my dog and always brings him a treat and leaves it on the package if we are not here. I can't say any of that about the UPS driver that delivers our packages... he is the complete opposite which makes us appreciate and praise Jake even more. Jake deserve to be recognized for his outstanding customer/delivery service.

Absolutely no customer service. Had a package"misplaced" for almost a month and not one FedEx employee could tell me what for or how come

The customer service agent I interacted with was polite; however, they don't have any packaging available. This is just a spot for picking up and dropping packages. If you need help with sending out fedex orders and label creation, go across the street to the Fedex office that is at the mail and copy place.

Once the telephone used gets fixed, this customer service could take off to great levels! Malik's patience was highly appreciated, especially after several of my "I'm sorry, what was that?" questions. Implying him to repeat himself due to a bad connection.
