Big fat cashier named Jennifer refuses to let customers use the rest rooms and if you say anything about it she becomes verbally abusive and vulgar. Definitely worth driving a little farther to avoid that bridge troll.

Consistently bad. Over the course of the last year I have stopped at this gas station multiple times assuming that my last bad experience was a fluke. It's Most recently at about 1am on Jan 21, after I filled up, I went in to use the bathroom. It was obvious that the clerk had barricaded it to avoid having to clean it. Previously was a card reader and a rude clerk. Obviously there is a management problem here.

I went into this convenience store on 6/24/21 It's like I do a lot just to get their iced tea fountain drink. I purchased just a large fountain drink with my PayPal debit card and they charged me $10.23. This is obviously the incorrect price. I called them about it just getting the run around. So I called the Alamosa police department and tell them I want them to get the video footage to prove that I only purchased a fountain drink. They said it's "not a criminal act". REALY? so They can't go and ask for the video. So I had to have PayPal file a dispute. So I highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your gas and convenience. Because this was Theft and very inconvenient.

This place is a joke the guy that works over night has threatened to call the cops if I try paying in change and you can't use ebt after 11pm. I suggest going to loaf n jug

This store's service is awful! It smells terrible in their. The customer service is terrible. I tried to talk to the manager Char, & all I could hear come out of her mouth is, "garble, garble, garble." She is so fat that her blood type is Ragu! Disgusting creature just like her employees.

A very nice Alta store. I travel from Romeo to Alamosa every morning and even though I drive by Alta in LaJara I WILL NOT STOP THERE!!!! Every time I do there is NEVER coffee and I will not spend my money there for many more reasons other than no coffee ? I love coming to this station all the cashiers are friendly and so is the store manager. The coffee is always full and fresh, and the Cinnababies are super awesome!! The store is very clean and the bathroom is too as well. Out of all the places to put gas, buy coffee, snacks, any kind of drinks or whatever you need this one is by far the best one to go into that’s for sure!! Keep up the great costumer service
