Reasonable rates. However, gate is often not working. Only responds electronically and sometimes not at all. Especially of there are concerns. But overall no major issues.

Broken into not safe place for your stuff. They don't care either.

The front gate was broken for the entire two months of my rental, and someone broke into my unit and stole my saddle worth over $500. Owner will not communicate AT ALL and will only send texts and emails. They won’t do anything. DO NO RENT HERE.
