I moved my mother out here from ** in the final year she was with **, and the bank helped set up a separate health account then followed through her final months. “Every time I call the customer service and communication are excellent! The call I just finished tops them all though. Sandra was so helpful and recommended some financial tools I had no idea that aacu offers. She set me up a call to discuss with an account specialist on my day off (a Saturday!) to get a new rewards checking account and see what I want to sign up for. She explained the line of credit (better Apr than a credit card by far), balance transfer credit card promo, AND the consolidation loan that might help me recover from a difficult year financially. When I told him which account that I was interested in, he made sure that my credentials were in line with that account.
