“Every time I call the customer service and communication are excellent! The call I just finished tops them all though. Sandra was so helpful and recommended some financial tools I had no idea that aacu offers. She set me up a call to discuss with an account specialist on my day off (a Saturday!) to get a new rewards checking account and see what I want to sign up for. She explained the line of credit (better Apr than a credit card by far), balance transfer credit card promo, AND the consolidation loan that might help me recover from a difficult year financially. I moved my mother out here from ** in the final year she was with **, and the bank helped set up a separate health account then followed through her final months. Every time I have needed something or assistance, they were there for me. I am in my 60s and this is the best and most friendly bank I have been with during my adult life. And that is after having accounts in 8 other states, while I moved about during my military career.”

“This bank is phenomenal! I have started my own consulting business and struggled opening a business account with 3 other corporate banks. I was about to give up until I visited First National Bank. To begin, they are NOT a corporate bank like Chase, they are a local bank specific to Colorado. Their philosophy is customer service and NOT just to take your money. There are no frills opening an account and they give you checks right away. Rhonda was amazing to work with. I truly felt valued after leaving her office. “After using several other financial institutions that ALL had horrible customer service I found Herring Bank. I have been banking at Herring Bank for the past 5 years. I must say that they are always on point with all of my banking needs. I had a issues with a customer check and the manager personally helped me clear it up. I have never had the manager of any institution help me out to the way Lee Ann (Branch Manager) has whenever I have needed help. Absolutely BEST customer service I have ever had. They have a client for life.”
