Went to top of oil as part of our contract and they said it was full and wasn’t. Workers are lazy usually complaining while working and my engine seized up due to this and is ruined. I’ll be contacting my attorney soon unless we can resolve this. That could’ve killed my family ect because I trusted them to do their job. Now my kid can’t get to daycare and I’m out of a vehicle unless they fix it. Do not do work with these guys if you don’t want them purposefully ruining your vehicle so they can get paid to fix it potentially. They knew of my oil problem and still did that. I’m extremely unpleased.
(My oil change was not 6 months ago it was less than 3 and they never replaced my sticker)

Yesterday was another great experience at YVQL. In & out in 10 mins. Friday of the Holiday weekend, 110 degree highs, and they were in there rockin it with zero complaints. Much appreciated Steve & Brandon!

This establishment would have to honestly be the fastest place I've ever been. They had my son's car in and out in less than 10 min. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys.

I waited for about 90 minutes for an oil change. When it was my turn, one of the mechanic told me that they don't have the oil for my SUV! I wish they had better observation.

I asked if they would check the air in my tires and the guy even checked under the hood my fluids for free but I was happy I gave him 20.00 for helping me. Not busy and very nice people.

As a woman going into shops/lube places, I am always worried I'll get the run around. As soon as I entered I was greeted with respect & my questions answered. Oil change was quick and efficient as it should be and staff were very friendly. This will be my go to for my oil changes when I'm in the area! Thank you.

I think the boss is unkind to his costume. They dnt give there employee the chance to save themself. They mush up ur car all the time iv seen the cars come back over and over again.
