I just got off the phone with Mark at Yucca Valley Insurance. While we weren't able to do business together, he still took the time to talk me through a bunch of really valuable information about getting insurance. I'm sad that I won't be a customer, because his knowledge and professionalism were really top notch!

Mark was sooo helpful. After getting my address and doing a little digging, he informed me his company would not be able to insure my vacation home in the high desert due to its high fire risk profile. Instead of hanging up like other agents would, he took the time to give me some very useful information about what insurance company look for and what I need to know. He was so easy to talk to and very generous with his time and knowledge. Before hanging up, he referred me to two other companies he thought might be able to help me. Talk about customer service. Mark is the kind of person I want to be my agent. Thank you, Mark!

Audrey and Mark are two of the nicest people that you could ever wish to meet. They are the proprietors of the epitome of family businesses with a level of service long forgotten by many. The insurance products that they provide are without equal, Mark is a true gear head car guy and beyond helpful. Whenever I have to call it feels like I am their only client. True professionals.

Man, these guys are a dream to work with. You may already have figured out that finding a carrier to insure a homestead cabin in the desert is not an easy feat. You'll probably have to go with Safeco and Mark Miller offers Safeco. He's been accessible, responsive, honest, thorough and explains things very clearly. I plan on moving over my Los Angeles homeowners policy for him to handle as well because you just don't get service like this from LA-based agencies.

I cry every time I go in to see them. THEY'RE THAT NICE! It was my first time trying to get car insurance and I left other offices feeling disappointed because they couldn't help me. Audrey was such a huge help and she even called to congratulate me when my policy went down! How nice!? I can't say enough good things about them.

This is a family owned business built off of customer service! No automated messaging systems do tie you up for hours just local residents that understand your needs, and will go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied! Whatever your insurance needs are don't bother to look any further this is the best and they will gladly prove it.
