This place looks closed down! Wood over the doors, the whole complex is about empty. I was curious about the store after coming across it online. Very small and cramped inside and dark. Literally everything I picked up was expired by years!! I can’t believe it’s open. Bags of rice stacked right on floor. Mostly cans and jars of stuff I’ve seen in stores. Then someone offered us homemade egg rolls. Never would I from here. Dirty and dingy.

I left a review several months ago I have given this place several more tries they are never open I'm starting to think that this place is a front for some sort of money laundering because by All rights this place I should have closed down a long time ago I will never try to go there even if I see the door open I go to the welding shop next door at least once a week and never see any movement over there so far all of you who have given this place positive reviews you're obviously not too bright

Neena the owner is the sweetest! The door was locked when we first arrived and called and they opened it right up.She was super helpful and even included a few extra snacks for us. Love all the authentic ingredients will definitely be back.

Listen. The people posting bad reviews because the store wasn’t open when they expected, don’t have a clue what it’s like running a small business in Yucca Valley since COVID.During COVID, people from LA and other rich people and corporations bought up all the homes at inflated prices for second homes and to turn into AirBnBs. Locals have been displaced due to having their LTRs sold for AirBnBs. The local employment pool has been decimated. Small businesses here either have no employees or are working with a skeleton crew. If one person gets sick, often the store will have to close without notice.Furthermore, the tourists and rich people with second homes do not shop at the small businesses in Yucca Valley. They buy everything they want before they get to town.It’s cruel to give a small business a bad review simply because they were closed when you showed up. Yucca Valley is not the town to be in if you expect everything to cater to your personal demands.

I am a native to this area. I didn't even know this place existed until I found it on a google search looking for an oriental market . I went to check it out. I was super excited when I walked in to see all the products they had on the shelves until I saw the expiration dates. What in the actual fudge is going on here? I will never return. Extremely disappointed. Most of the store is expired. Also, the lady was on the phone the entire time I was in there. You've been warned.

Went there to get some stuff (first time). Got early but at 10am we stood in front of the store, they’re not even open! Im not sure why the business hour said 10… when they can’t even open it on time. Few mins later maybe acceptable but at 10++ still nothing that’s just bad =[

Tried to visit here today to check them out. I was bummed to find that they do not seem to be open and it was difficult to locate. It looks like they may have been vandalized at one point and there door has been replaced with a wooden board.

3/5/22: stopped by to check this place out. All doors (front & back) are locked and there is no sign that indicates that the business has ceased operation.

Really good selection for the location! Do NOT sleep on this place, I’ve been looking for an Asian market for years! Owners are very friendly and the prices are great! Good selection of snacks and cooking ingredients. Will definitely be back often!
