This is Yucca Valley we do get some real certified doctors with a lot of experience but very burned out. They are all older and ready to retire, they are beat down and tired, don't expect anything that what is necessary then they have to go back and nap. The nurses run these places not a doctor, so if you want help talk to the head nurse, the doctor is a formality. I learned this from dating a nurse.
I came in to today at this location in Yucca and the Doctor would not even look me in the eye let alone answer any questions I had. I am a white guy with blue eyes just like this doctor. I can't imagine how he treats anyone else. Actually I don't know if he has blue eyes, since he never looked me in the face.
5 stars for the nurses none for the doctor. So I give a 2?

I really only go to the doctors when I'm sick as a dog this is the second time this has happened to me my daughter made an appointment yesterday for 4:45 no one said it was a phone appointment it's happened to me personally before so you got to wonder how often this happens when I called to talking manager she basically told me that we told you and that's it way to treat your patients for positive they didn't tell me and if they would have said it to my daughter she's never heard of on the phone appointment so she would ask some questions way to treat your patients making sick people drive across town for nothing awesome

Went here to find a new primary doctor as I just moved here recently. The doctor kept talking over me and would not let me explain what was going on with me. I went in for my back and the first thing he says is he wants to do a lung xray. Every time I tried to talk about my back he would just cut me off. Does not seem like they want to help find the issue at all.

This office printed and gave my husband personal healthcare information without asking for ID... SCARY!!! Anyone could have asked for that if they knew the right information. Not to mention with the information that was picked up there was NO record that it was already reviewed with me, but I was prescribed a medication as a result of the information. Also attempted to bill me my co-pay for a voicemail that the PA left me. What a joke.

Ignore the bad reviews you read on here!
I came in before 9:00am for a walk-in procedure to get my IUD removed and I was seen rather quickly!! The front desk receptionists were so polite/helpful! The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and the whole process was easy/painless/walked me through every step! I refuse to go anywhere else, but here for any of my medical needs! Thank you all so much for making my day! ❤️

I made sure to call ahead of time to do a walk in for my son. Was told it was okay to do a walk in between the hours 2-3pm. Arrived at 2:05pm and was told they do not do walk ins by the same lady who I spoke with on the phone. Poor communication.

Yucca Family Medical and all their doctors, PA’s and staff but ESPECIALLY Ms. Valerie, who is so so amazing with my toddler and baby. Gentle, thorough, and compassionate. She’s a great addition to their office. Also, all the ladies that work in the front and back who give so much care to my kids! Love Xóchitl and Brittany ❤️❤️❤️

John Batin is amazing! He truly goes out of his way to take care of his patients and their families. And another plus, he is not a huge prescriber. He literally "prescribed" a multi vitamin and extra exercise once. He's the best PA around. Highly recommend!

Great Front and Back office staff! I've been seeing Dr John Batin for several years there, he is Professional and very Thorough!! I've seen Dr. Sobaro as well, he Good and attentive, you just have to talk to him. There's, Eva the Women's Health Specialist, I like as well!! Great experience every time!
