Normally, I would give an excellent review, but today I am sad and frustrated by the new policy of NO SELF CHECKOUT OVER 15 ITEMS! Then, to have to stand in line and wait for chatty checkers and unprepared customers...yikes! Not my idea of a good experience! THEN...I still have to show my receipt at the door. Nope, I have to draw the line somewhere! I'm not sure how many more Walmart runs I'll be making?

Walmart needs to do something about their cashiers. Took my grandson to buy something, paid cash cashier failed to give me my change. But she decided that I should buy a bag so she could open the cash register so I could get my original change back. Really!

I went to shope thier and got the worst floor and dumbest floor manager I have ever meet,completely incompentive,disrespectfully,and didn't care what I had too say,christopher the manager behave like a high school bully and didn't help me with my issue.

Wal-Mart, WalletMark! WalMart will rob your wallet if you don't watch while checking out. There's one price listed and at the register another price (3×s) greater. Pay attention to what you get and what rings up!!! These strawberries at the register were $4.97.

Hi, my review is for the Eyewear dept.
If you need glasses, go to Walmart and ask for Paul. He is the nicest, most helpful person I've come across in a long time. He fixed my glasses that had been digging into my nose for over a week. He attached the replacement in about 5 minutes and did it just because he's a nice guy. In this day and time where fast food workers expect a tip for taking your order, and people nickel and dime you for any and everything it really warmed my heart for this nice man to help me out and not expect anything in return. I know this may not sound like much, but it sure was to me. I was in pain.
Paul, I just want to say thank you again. You helped me out more than you know.???

I came to do an oil change and they broke my map sensor. They say I had my check engine light on when they recieved the vehicle but I know the check engine light was not on when I arrived there. Now I'm looking at getting a repair done that cost more than the oil change. ??

ATTENTION SHOPPERS....i was sold a faulty non working product and Ben denied refund.
Treaded wrongfully by manager Ben and other employees at this store? Rude behavior and policies clearly against California Law. Contact us for compensation.
This store is known to sell faulty products and managers like Ben shut customers down real fast even if their policies go against the law.
Stay away from this store. Ben and others won't even explain policies nor listen. ALL VICTIMS COMMENT TO THIS REVIEW OR LEAVE A REVIEW WITH KEYWORD BEN. There is managers that know how to care for customers. Ben clearly needs to get fired and work for a company that does not involve customers.
Always record with your phone interactions and conversations with staff.
Me and class action Lawfirm will bring them down to were laws will be upkept.
