I was visiting Joshua Tree and had a wonderful encounter with the employee Teresa. I don't speak good English however she helped me find the perfect Christmas gifts for family. It's lovely to have diversity and a wonderful Spanish speaking employee while traveling. She helped me fine great pj sets and Holiday sweaters.

The pharmacy is a mess. App says to show idea at pharmacy to show medicine on the app. I did that. No one there has any idea how that works.

My sons first birthday party was July 22. We called a ton of local bakeries to see if they could make a baby shark themed smash cake. Everyone could do it but it was going to be expensive. I went on our Walmart app and was able to find a perfect cake. I was nervous order a custom cake from Walmart but figured it's a smash cake who cares. It came out so fricken cute! They did an amazing job!

Recently had a very disagreeable experience with one of the "store managers" at the register.The checker didn't know how to enter my gift card that was given to me electronically and called over a "manager" that was nearby. He attempted to do it and then decided that I needed a plastic gift card in order to complete the transaction. I told him that I had used it 4 times before in the store without a problem. He refused to try and figure it out and had a very disrespectful attitude. After unsuccessfully trying to explain to him about the gift card, I put my debit card into the machine rather roughly and he just couldn't help trying to aggravate me by saying: "Don't get rough with the equipment". I told him to f off. I knew that I was in the right as far as using my gift card with the number and pin. I should have just walked out and left my over $100 order for them to return to the shelves. This is the first time I have run into such a rude employee and I have shopped here since they opened. He certainly is a lousy representative of Walmart.

Does anybody answer the phone????? Is anyone ever at a cashier station? It's a huge store and they have 2 registers open? Constant lines, yet they have someone checking receipts as you leave. 90-95% of people don't shop lift. Focus on customer service first, then you'll deter shoplifting. Write this review while I'm waiting for someone to pick up the phone, just got hung up on ...... such a shame this is our only large store in The high desert UGH

Worst Walmart ever!!!!! No one EVER answers their phones!!!!!! Right now, I have been on the phone for almost one hour, the only one that answered their phone was automotive to forward my call and then no one answered it again. Also they are carrying 3rd person businesses and do not exchange or refund their purchases. I was ordering my food for pickup and out of 32 items last week they were out of 24 of them. This store has gone to pot literally!!! lazy employees, no management, I am so done with it.It is worth the drive down the hill into Palm Springs and buy at a real store. Their shelves are always half empty and their meat I will never buy again. My son bought chicken that way out of date by two weeks, how doe this get kept in the cooler????? Go to Staters or anywhere else, you will pay more, but it will be worth it!!!! Lousy store!!!

Untended internal fraud issues and non-existent customer service. I bought an item that (according to the box) was what I wanted. I got home, and the item I thought I purchased was not in the box. I went back to this Walmart the next morning. The store refused to exchange or return the item. The Manager Christopher refused to talk to me. The Lead Jenna yelled at their own corporate customer service on the phone, who advised her to exchange the item for me (in order to get the item I actually paid for) but she declined to follow corporate policy. The Market Manager Leslie is supposed to contact me. I have not received a refund yet and plan to take this further. I have called corporate customer service numerous times and filed complaints on various levels. I will most likely never return to any Walmart, due to this experience.

Came here almost every single day of my stay in Yucca Valley. This Walmart was close by the place I stayed. It was like a regular Walmart that you would find anywhere in the USA. Its products were affordable and in abundance. Nothing special...

On 8.13.2022, I wanted to buy a tv at WM in Yucca Valley, CA. No sales person was at the Electronics dept. I asked a sales agent at the Auto dept. to call someone to electronics. "Emma" showed up at electronics. A long line had formed already. She spent about 1/2 an hour with one group. I asked her to call additional assistance. No, she said, everybody was attending to their cooling system failures. When she was finally ready to assist me, she had an attitude and openly didn't want to help me. Lots of excuses for herself, no willingness to sell a tv. I asked for a manager. A manager came and finally we went to the tv section. There, I decided to buy a Phillips tv, 50 inches. The manager then said they were out of stock. Then she ran away to a "toy emergency". Next: Manager Danny came. He said I should buy a Vizio. I declined, I wanted a Phillips. Then she began to repeat that I should buy a Vizio. He repeated it 6 times, disregarding my "No". He bathed himself in my frustration, smiling every time he frustrated me further. Evidently, WM employs psychopaths, which explains all the complaints about WM employees on Yelp. I am left with no tv. WalMart employees enjoy disappointing clents and do everything in their power to avoid a sale. I am getting ready to report this to outside authorities for Customer Abuse and Refusal to Serve, Sell merchandise. WM has become an open mental asylum, where psychopaths are allowed to do "customer service".

My boyfriend was recently there working marking lines & i don't appreciate the two men with trucks parking in front of him & in back him to get him stuck so he wouldn't do his job it was a tall dark man that look likes he works for the back of walmart so does this tall white man he took off his name tag right when my boyfriend went inside to confront them i'm sorry but this is just bad my boyfriend works for the state marking these lines for walmart just to make sure everything working find to this store & just for him to get treated like that is just bad walmart fix your employees because this is just disrespectful & nasty asf!

Staffs of Walmart at yuca valley. Unprofessional, bad attitude, poor customer service . Today,April 16,2022 past 3 oclock my husband and I approached the three workers were standing and talking at women's fitting area. I asked one of them if I can try the clothing that I wanted to purchase.She said she doesn't have a key and can't do anything about it. While she was saying it she was looking at her coworkers and then walks away . The other two workers did not do anything either. Please Walmart at yuca valley do something about it. Teach your staffs how to help customer's need with good manners and conduct. I noticed this kind of service most of the time at Walmart. To those three staffs today . My advice to you three, if you guys tired with your job please quit because you're stressing me out!!!

Quit pitstop prior to getting into the national park. Huge selection of goods and restrooms were clean.
