There is one rude, condescending, entitled tech that works there, but I won't let her stop me from giving 5 stars to the 99% of the others that are most excellent!”

“We were in town visiting the area, as we have for the last decade or so. A group of coyotes came into the yard, and attacked my 14 year old chihuahua rat terrier mix. We were terrified and frantic. We called the VCA, and Cheryl & team coordinated a triage (AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE, mind you) to make sure the doctor, tech and team were there and ready to service my pup. They got her in right away, puncture wounds and various injuries all taken care of, and even snuck us in for a bandage change and check in before we headed back out of town. When we came back in, everyone was happy to see Turtle (my dog) and all the progress she made! I'm teary-eyed as I write this, because without them who knows what would've happened. Everyone was so warm, communicative, and personal. It's the first time in a long time we didn't just feel like a transaction. They even texted after I was home for a few days to see how Turtle was doing. 1 Million percent recommend.”
