My truck broke down when I was on vacation.Arvizu's Automotive was Able to fix my truck and have me back on the road Within a day 1/2!Everywhere else was a 3 week weight list!

I chose to take my car to Arvizu's after seeing it was open on Saturdays. Though the hours have changed and they're no longer open on Saturdays, I am SO glad I happened upon this shop! I had several fixes done and I couldn't appreciate Victor's thorough explanations and open/frequent communication enough. I thought that my notes might not be taken seriously, as I track the work I or others do on my car, like at other places, but I felt very listened to. What I loved the most was that he/they took their time in diagnosing what was causing the exact issues I was having. I find this to be rare in a sea of people who often jump to conclusions due to their experiences in the past. The genuine feeling I got from Victor and the shop had me piling on problem after problem to get fixed since the car was already there and I felt comfortable doing so. (Sorry, hope I wasn't too much of a pain!) I've got new brakes, rotors, ball joints, a purge valve, some electrical work on a fuel injector, a fixed door handle, and some good advice for $826. Sounds like a good trade to me! Thank you Victor and team :)

Everyone at Arvizu’s is so nice! Victor was extremely kind & honest with me about my car. Being a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, going to an auto shop is always a little nerve wracking. I can definitely say that this is a woman friendly place. I felt comfortable & Victor explained everything that he checked to me & was honest about my car being in good shape ???? I can’t remember the name of the man that did my windshield replacement, but he was also very kind & professional. I recommend this place 100%!Services: Auto glass repair

They are awesome! Victor is very cool fair priced and knowledgeable. He and his sidekick jumped on my car the moment I got it there and at the the right time he broke off to be able to take care of other customers while his sidekick took care of my car. They did absolutely awesome!! And I highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of automotive repair.Services: Transmission

This Place is entirely Unprofessional and untrustworthy, I recently went to this Automotive shop & had my radiator & my radiator pump replaced, do to a leak from when I purchased the vehicle. The owner of the facility told me that they had replaced it and fixed the leaks on my vehicle. Almost a week later my car is still leaking & when I called to ask for more information. They put me on hold, took me off of hold and told me there computer froze and that they would call me back in 15-20 mins & never called me back.Services: General repairs & maintenance
