Very friendly. I feel that they definitely need to update their Clerks on what a LEDGER BOOK is and that the POST OFFICE is where to pick them up at.

Went to get my son (5 years old) and my passport. We had Monika help us and she was just the best! Had great customer service and was super patient when my son kept closing his eyes for the pictures.
