The team at Hi Desert Air were great to work with. They installed five Mitsubishi mini-splits in our new build. Donnie, Aaron and team did all the rough and finish work. Kari and Brandi in the office were great with scheduling everything. Total pros.

I was happy with Hi Desert Air initially. Since installation of two split units/one condenser I have had numerous issues & other subcontractors highlight errors in the installation. Insulation used on buried lines wasn't rate for burial - they quickly rotted away both underground and where exposed to YV from the ground to the condenser. The units have always functioned weirdly: two heads inside and one that wouldn't work without the other turned on. After a service visit I was told there was nothing wrong. A different split installer found the error: the communication cables had been installed backwards so one was reliant on the other, but not the other way around. Problem solved + cost me $100. Additionally, I'd had Hi Desert Air service the units for cleaning annually - at $50 per. When I called to have them done last year I was told the cleaning would be $200 per. I've been working with Quality Air to pick up where these guys haven't been able to. Their service techs have more valuable mechanical experience & resolve my issues within an hour.

Hi-Desert Air was a pleasure to work with. I had a mini-split system installed. Lance was very informative and provided options for me. The office team was so helpful in scheduling an installation date. Kory and Vincent installed the system. They were so respectful of the property and worked really well as a team. I was really impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Very much appreciated!

I had a great experience with my full install of HVAC, Donnie, Aaron, Julius, Kory, and Vincent were on site. I could tell they took alot of care in doing the job correctly and after my first 105 degree weekend everything was nice and chilly in the house! Thanks Hi Desert Air team!!

Hi-Desert Air installed a mini-split in my woodworking shop cuz the portable AC unit I was using just wasn't cutting it on these hot summer days. Cory and Vincent did a great job and got it done quickly. It's working now and keeping my shop nice and cool!

Want to add that I bought a property that needed an old gas heater and swamp cooler removed and replaced with an air conditioner / furnace unit. Had Hi-Desert Air do the job and they did a great job. I was amazed how well the crew worked together and made the job look so simple.

This company is by far the best heating and A/C company i have ever dealt with and it isn't even close.. they run and honest business and provide excellent service.. their staff that came to our house in Palm Desert were very clean and extremely well mannered also very knowledgeable.. They replaced two 3 ton units with extreme care and cleanliness. they are very cost competitive and did a followup to make sure all was working correctly.. i can't recommend them enough.. i have dealt with 5 different A/C companies since moving to the desert in 2017 and Hi-Desert Air was by far the best... thank you Kari and Lance for providing us with excellent service..

I live in a Mobile home and the 2 technicians that came out were awesome! So polite, kind, professional, and customer service oriented. Their names were David and Noah and they totally made me feel at ease and they kept me informed during the entire time, even showing me videos of what the issues were with my swamp cooler. I had had serious concerns and was totally dissatisfied with the the service I've been receiving from their competitor. I am totally satisfied with the service of this company and would highly recommend them to anyone out there who is looking for a company they can trust and depend on!!!! Marc Wasmund Yucca Valley. Totally warned me about supply chain problem, which I expected any way. I'm at a distance from the property, it's a rental. They took care of an issue that the prior owner ( r.i.p.) didn't. The tenants are happy. The provider came on time, contacted everyone in a timely fashion

Hi-Desert was comparable in price to other bids I got but I went with them because of their responsiveness and customer service. Their tech was by far the most knowledgable when sorting my messy AC situation. They actually return calls and emails (A SHOCK around here). AND their office staff was friendly and proactive in communication. If I have an AC issue again, I am definitely going with them.
