I filed my 2021 taxes February 2022 and here we are February 2023 and I am JUST NOW getting a call saying I need to drop in an give them a signature because they cannot submit electronically. That is ONE FULL YEAR of them not submitting my short form. These guys operate in slow motion apparently. Definitely will not be back.
