This was a very important package so it meant a lot to me to speak with a friendly person and get the help I needed. I’ve also just always had a positive experience with our post office and PO Box, which says a lot because I previously lived with an individual mailbox — I thought having a PO Box would be a huge pain and it’s actually been great.
