I worked with agent Bell. Rickey addressed all my concerns, fit me in the right policy for my needs, and didn't try to oversell. If you have new insurance needs or are just shopping for a better deal, I recommend calling State Farm and asking for Rickey Bell by name!

After having State Farm growing up, I really wanted to have a positive experience with this location. I recently purchased a home and needed homeowners insurance. The insurance was coordinated and set up in May, and I thought everything was good. Days before closing on the home, I found out from my lender that State Farm stopped doing homeowners insurance in California. I called and the agent I spoke with confirmed that I was no longer covered; he didn’t sound very apologetic either. Really disappointed that State Farm didn’t think to call or email me to let me know and instead I had to find out from a third party. I’m switching over to Farmers Insurance and hope my experience with them is much better. The only reason I’m giving this location more than one star is because I worked with Trenten and he was very friendly and helpful over the phone.

My family has been a State Farm customer for going on 20 years now and even though some things can be very difficult when dealing with insurance companies, the current team right now in this office is absolutely amazing! Krista, Rickey, and Trent go above and beyond to always make sure that we leave as happy customers. I recently purchased my first new car and had a lot of trouble trying to insurance it properly. Krista did a wonderful job explaining to me the different parts of the policy and helping me figure out tweaks with everything. I've had a lot of questions and everyone in there has been super patient and courteous while dealing with me. They are by far the best three to talk to when you need a laugh while stressing about insurance. They will always find the right answers for you and give you the extra time you need to help you understand your policy.The new office is very nice too, woohoo!

I called State Farm over the period of a couple days looking for a builders risk policy. I was lucky enough to get Trent on the phone on the last day before my existing policy expired and he pulled through for me. It was his first time writing this type of policy, so he was sure to double check his work and even have a peer check it to ensure there were no mistakes. Not only is the policy less expensive than the competitors, it has a smaller deductible. Thank you Trent for working with me to protect our investment.

I have been a State Farm customer for 20 years; with Mr.Dunn’s passing and the absence of a agent I had my doubts continuing on with State Farm. With Mrs.Fenley’s staff at the helm I’m glad I waited to make the move. I recently purchased a new truck and was quoted (after hours) an outrageous rate; I contacted Mr.Bell and he quickly put my mind at ease ensuring me I had the same coverage as my other vehicles as well as bringing the rate down. With service like this I’m sure to stay a State Farm customer for life!
